Excellent addition to any Macbook

You didn't have to install anything for it to work, and the speed was quite nice. The only thing that I wish it had was an eject button, because one of the programs I used it with was prone to crashing and then I had to unplug it from the USB and back in to get the CDs out. Other than that, it was awesome!!

Apple Sales Rep sits in his car!

Needed a direct connection in order to get enough power to run. Instructions very poor ... Apple Rep. decided it was better to sit in his car on the phone instead of doing his job inside BB! Many customers with no rep - they ALL WALKED AWAY! One BB Blue shirt man (After 3 others) had just enough knowledge of apples to figure it out and get it running. This product should be rated a "DON"T BUY" - and the apple Rep needs to be fired!
