It's Apple

However, When I need to eject a DVD, I need to flip the unit upside down, open & close the program a dozen times, and provide blood from my first-borne child to get it to eject. I understand this is a common issue, but I certainly don't expect it from an Apple product. For what I paid for it, it's not worth the stress.
