This completes my quest to have Apple products throughout my house. Overall I am very happy about my purchase. The monitor was very easy to set up and has a gorgeous display. The study desk finally looks a lot cleaner, with very few wires. Clean lines, simple design, but very aesthetically attractive. I must say though…you do wonder, that in this day and age, shelling out a $1000 for a monitor…is it worth it? I did too as I picked this up on my drive back home. Once you set it up and start using it, just like with any Apple product, you get to realize that their products are truly worth the price.

I love mac products however it is aggravating that it will not work with older macs with the HD cinema instead of thunderbolt. There shoulld be a cable adapter for that

I purchased this monitor earlier this year and have been Extremely pleased with it. The resolution is crystal clear for both video/movie streaming as well as for gaming. Could not be any happier!

The monitor is of superior quality and provides clarity and definition not matched by others on the market. Price is s bit stiff but for certain kind of work such as web designing it may be worth.

Great screen but needs an upgrade with 4k capabilities.

Much nicer to view than a 15" Macbook. I makes work much better. My only complaint is it doesn't have any USB 3.0 ports.

Apple Thunderbolt display is the best display for what it can do, you can connect other thunderbolt devices directly to the display which makes it a great device other than just a display.

Just a fantastic display, my only (very slight) issue is that glare can be an issue when sunlight is an issue, but in a darker environment it is great.

Was directed by an associate to purchase this monitor and the IMac mini, instead of the IMac since the mini is upgrade able. Very happy with it except for there is no on/ off switch on this monitor.

This is the best monitor on the market in my opinion...it works seamlessly with Apple products, has a picture that's second to none, and is crystal clear and easy on the eyes. Well worth every penny

Thought about getting a cheaper monitor, but the thunderbolt capability makes this a lot easier to deal with. Own a second one of these which has been running flawlessly for 4 years.

Needed a display to match my iMac 27" Makes a perfect pair though I had to fab a stand so they would stand at the same height. If it were adjustable or same height (and thickness!) I'd give a 5 star. But you can't beat the quality and it's literally plug and play with the thunderbolt connection.

I had a 30" cinema display and was reluctant to give up 3" of screen area but decided to do it and am happy. Although I loved my 30" display, and I miss the extra area. the thinner and lighter 27" is worth the loss. I love the fact of how this one connects vs the 30". The thunderbolt connections are great. I have fewer cords floating around my work area and to hook up my laptop is much easier. A great product.
