Graphics and Illustration done bigger and better. Working on my Macbook Pro was great but i needed something much bigger than a 15" monitor on my laptop. I was trying to wait for a newer version of the Thunderbolt Display, but Apple is LAGGING - had to get this. I went in since it was on sale for $949.99 and was offered an open box for $799 - Swooped it up immediately. Unfortunately it was missing the AC cable when i got home, but they got me one the following day. I would have bought it for the original selling price, but lucked on the super deal i got. I love it.

Most if not all these products were purchased as upgrades to my wife's home office.

The moment I laid eyes on this monitor I knew I had to have it. It does not disappoint. You can see every hair in a person's head. Best quality ever.

It was very easy setting up and testing on the Macbook Air, but when I tried to hook it up to an older MacBook it would not work. Apple service was not particularly helpful (and charged $36 just to talk about the issue!) and I am trying to decide now if it worth continuing to troubleshoot or just return it.

This keyboard is just the right size and has all the functions you need.

I was hesitant but once I began to use the Thunder Screen - WOW! So nice. Great images and fits well on my desk... I highly recommend.

First time ever purchasing a MAC Monitor and I'm very impressed by the Quality of this unit.

I use this display at home connected to a Mac Mini and I love it. The extra USB and Thunderbolt ports are a nice feature, though can be difficult to access on the back of the display. The speakers are sometimes very low although, this may be a setting on the Attached Mac Mini. I love the large real estate so I can open several windows or web pages and actually see what I am doing.

Bought to use with my MacBook Pro since it connects and disconnects easy. Also great display.

High quality display with top notch resolution and built like a tank. Not 4k so its a little long in the tooth.

This screen is not only the ultimate monitor, but also has ports on the back - Thunderbolt capable! I own several.

Even though other manufacturers are behind Apple's LED monitors, Samsung, etc., somehow, I don't know how, Apple's monitors continue to look the absolute best, out of the box, of just about all monitors in their class. If you do photography and/or videography these monitors generally require the least fussing to get good quality, reference grading monitoring for various kinds of media production. Whether you're a pro or a hobbyist I would highly recommend this monitor.

The only thing negative about this product is that it does have issues with setting up on certain Mac operating systems. Before you purchase it make sure that you read the requirements and that the Mac that you were using has the operating system that is required for this device. If you have read all the requirements this monitor is super easy to set up an absolutely awesome.

This screen is perfect! It has high quality video and graphics and makes multitasking easy and enjoyable.

I don' t know if it is a problem with the display or the computer I purchased. Sometimes after it goes to sleep. The display does not come back when I wake up the computer. I find I need to restart the computer to bring back the monitor display.

Apple's Thunderbolt display is amazing with respect to both quality and aesthetics. The model has an amazing image, even considering that it is five years old. In addition, it is durable and beautiful.

Crystal clear display; easy to hook up to MacBookAir; easy to see multiple windows at once; easy to move screen shots from MacBookAir to monitor and back. I didn't think I could function without dual monitors but this monitor makes it easy to have everything I'm working on displayed. Best Buy carries these in stock -- great service as always with Best Buy.
