Switched from an Nvidia Shield. No regrets, TVOS is so much more fluid and functional. Moonlight is just as good as shield streaming. Works flawlesly with our iPhones.

I’ve had every type of streaming device. Don’t get me wrong, the cheaper ones are great and satisfied my needs. However, I am on the Apple ecosystem, and the Apple TV took me to new heights. The software combines all your favorite shows from multiple subscriptions onto the Apple TV+ home screen. Fitness+ is much easier to access through this device. Also, the picture seems much clearer than with other devices. I’d imagine it’s the faster processor.

This system works flawlessly and is super useful. Although you can get an internet tv to produce many of these connections they are not as easy to use

The new Apple TV 4K is essentially the same as the old one, with all its qualities and capabilities, but with future-proofed specs and a really great, iPod-like remote. Pros: widest streaming app support, good remote, Dolby Vision/Atmos, HDR10, HDMI 2.1, wifi 6, AirPlay 2, full iPhone/Apple services integration, Siri/voice control, connect two pairs of AirPods at the same time for private listening. Cons: very expensive, no Google Cast, not as easy to use with Android, new remote features don’t work with every app.

I use my Apple TV every single day and can’t imagine not having it as my main source for all my streaming apps it’s fast always reliable and content looks the best

My mom is not tech savvy at all but we had luck with her on an iPad so we talked with her about cutting the cord and going this route. We gave her an Apple TV and made sure got the one with the new remote as her arthritis would not do well with the sole touch remote from the previous generation. She's found it incredibly easy to use and loves this remote vs the other one in particular.

Love our TV 4k 320B, it easy to use and charge. A must have to help navigate your favorite TV channels.

Faster than roku, samsung, and xfinity on apps. Apps rarely hang up and I never had to restart it except for setting up. Definitely worth it.

This is our second apple tv. They both work great and would recommend them to anyone. Especially if your tv is running off of andriod. Apple TV is much better.

Really love the product! I am not sure why the storage (32gb etc.) is a selling point - but I only have a few apps that the storage doesn't matter. Other than that - look carefully at all of the products out there. There are so many versions, that you may think you are getting the latest, but you are not (at the time of writing this review - this apple TV is the latest model - but it was difficult to find at first). The remote is next level! Really takes the opportunity to the next level.

Still holds up even with the new Apple TV out. Same great features but not missing out on much if you pick this up over the last apple tv.

Not really one here who finds a need for the HDD feature of the newest form of the Apple TV, but it may at some point find itself useful as I learn about the advantages of this. I’ve always been a fan of Apple TV back to Gen 2 and this one builds on all the best parts of those older Gen models with the 4K streaming and exceedingly simple setup from packaging to streaming from multiple services all by a quick confirmation code and visual setup using the iPhone. Apple went above and beyond with making this literally easy enough for a 5 year old to configure. Another neat feature is that my channel button on my tv actually changes the channels on the Spectrum TV app streaming from the Apple TV. Device through HDMI. Remote for Apple TV also automatically programmed itself to control the volume on my TV and turns the tv on and off when I turn the Apple TV on and off. No mistaking the fact that this is a lot pricier than the competing platforms but having used / tried to use Chrome and first Gen Google TV, not the latest Google TV and Android TV, yes they are actually different despite all running Android software, and Roku devices built in and external both, it is worth the extra money for the superior end user experience. Especially if you are in the Apple / Mac world already. Also, nothing works better than Apple Airplay that doesn’t involve an HDMI cord being used, it just works without fail.

This Apple TV 4K is very good quality and function. I have 4 FireTV edition in my house and they are works good and convenient. But Apple TV 4K is clearly better than FireTV and controller. Every Apple products are little over priced I think but products are better than cheaper one.

Just incredible. Easy to install, and affix to the back of a wall mounted HDTV utilizing the TotalMount accessory. Works seamlessly with the original Apple HomePod to provide outstanding sound from the device rather than using the TV speakers. Highly recommend if you are in the Apple ecosystem of products. Using YTTV, this is the best option if you are willing to pay a bit more to have a great way to access streaming (e.g., Netflix, Prime, Apple TV+, YTTV, etc.).

Don't go for any other streaming device. All the other ones start off fine, and sure they are a lot more affordable, but after a couple software updates they start to get clunky when navigating the menus. This is my third Apple TV, for a 3rd TV that I have. I still use the first one I bought (original 4K one) and it runs as smoothly as the day I bought it. Yes, this a pricier option, but the quality of the user experience never diminishes. You'll be keeping this device for many, MANY years.
