I really like the new features. The remote is so much easier to use than the 1st generation. I had the 3td and it is easier also. It has such a clear screen too.

Mostly bought Bc 4K HDR + Dolby vision. Hopefully services or your tv can handle or provide that. I can stream videos from my iPhone to the Apple TV via AirPlay. What I can’t do is AirPlay a live stream from my iPhone. So I just plug my iPad to my TV directly, lose some quality/frame rate, but best alternative in that situation.

A home without an Apple TV is not considerable for me. I always have an Apple TV to get the best quality. it was time to upgrade to new model.

Great for 70+” TV 4K playback. I bought it specifically because my previous Apple TV was looking too grainy on my big screen

Top notch as with all Apple Products. Had an earlier version and used it to replace cable box on downstairs TV. Used the new one on our main viewing TV.

It turns every smart tv into a smarter tv. Apple TV gives you more apps to access and the 4k quality is great.

As usual, Apple updates to stay with the best of the best viewing capability. This is not to pricey and has a wonderful 4K picture.

I had the previous version of the Apple TV. I got this because of the remote and I ‘thought’ it came with 6 months of the Apple TV service. Remote is SIGNIFICANTLY better than last remote. What would have made the remote perfect is if it had the U1 chip built in so I could find the dang’d remote like an Apple airtag. They announced the airbags and the new Apple TV at the same time so why it didn’t come with it I’ll never understand. The free 6 months of Apple TV service is available to people who haven’t had a trial before. It’s in the size 2 fine print on the website. Nowhere on the box… In the end it’s an Apple TV with a usable remote now. If you have the previous version don’t bother upgrading, just get the remote and save your money.

If you don’t own one, buy one. Appletv is the reason I switched from 20+ years using a Samsung to using an iPhone.

The remote is for sure much better. Kept dropping the old version and keys were not aligned perfectly. 4K quality is superb. Be sure to get right cables.

I wasn’t sold at first because of the chromecast, fire sticks, etc laying around the house but honestly the Apple TV blows them all away
