    If I had to chose one word to sum up my feelings about this device, it would be reliable. I say that, because prior to buying this device, I was using an Amazon Fire TV Cube (not the stick, the cube). When it worked, I think it was way better than this Apple device. The UI was better, and the remote was MUCH better. Unfortunately it had a tendency to freeze up, requiring a power cycle to resume watching TV. That became intolerable, so bought this Apple device. As I said, it is very reliable, absolutely no issues with it so far. Just not the best remote.

    Overall very happy with this. My main complaint is lack of home button. I would really like to smoke better if I had a home button on the remote.

    I have the Apple TV 4K (1st Gen) and until they allow 120Hz video refresh, I don't see a reason to upgrade, however, the remote is absolutely amazing.
