I don’t like it at all. Overpriced garbage apple socks

I like first gen than apple tv 4k second gen. Remote is bad.

Problem with remote control of volume. Otherwise it’s good.

I really wish apple had not removed optical from their devices. When pairing for amps such as Sonos, you cannot get audio out of this to the amp unless you purchase an extractor which is another electronic to plug in and possible point of failure. The remote is also a bit glitchy. It disconnects a lot .

Image on my smart tv was not crisp. Returned the unit.

Can only get sound on tv when airplay from iPad. Unable to get picture. The remote I would like to throw in the garbage. Totally useless. Apple tv is great if used as a paperweight. Stay away from this devise. I will get a Amazon fire stick instead.

I had to return right out of the box. It refused to stay on. It would randomly go black on screen and then go back to normal but it would be as if the content was still playing in the background.

Item didn’t work. Used troubleshooting guide/Apple support and still could not get it to work. 1-10 do not recommend. Returned item 2 weeks after purchase

Had to call Apple three times for glitches. Lost volume, then volume down would only raise volume. Apple said to return it. Poor design.

remote is not good need to make it work whit number to get the channel you want and bring up a guide fires stick does the same for much better price

Extremely poor, it has been 6 weeks haven't still got a feedback on my product. They tell me if I call them..if I don;t call them they never contact me

Package was shrink-wrapped, says "AppleTV 4k" right on it, inside was an AppleTV HD, model no. A1625.

Stopped working in less than a month. Just past the return period.

I’m very disappointed that I can’t use my tivimate app on Apple TV. I don’t like any of the players they have in there App Store. The picture quality is great but I believe a very slight difference from my firestick 4k. I was going to use it as my main box but decided to put it in my bedroom and continue with my firestick 4k. All in all it’s a great picture but in my opinion not worth the money they ask for it. I’m a believer in the firestick, which is not only a great value but a great performer.

Love every generation of our Apple tvs. Apple continues to add additional features and still supports the original product. This model has even more functionality.

I purchased this because the software that came standard on my TV became slow and started to not work. Night and day difference between this and stock apps on TV. The combination of Siri on the remote and the snappiness of the device make viewing an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend if you are an avid streamer, especially if you are already in the Apple ecosystem. It's a premium product and it's priced as such but I think it's worth every penny, you get what you pay for.

Works great. Integrates well with other Apple products. Have four AppleTV’s have had no problems with any of them.

The upgraded TV Remote is amazing has every feature i want and more. Everyhing is so much faster and smoother than standard tv software or other streaming devices like Fire TV Stick, Roku Streaming Stick, or Google Chromecast. That’s just my opinion, but i really recommend this product over other streaming device.

Works great and cheaper alternative then paying for cable.
