A great device to simplify and consolidate all of the common apps and streaming services into one device. Easy to navigate and picture quality is typically better than using the streaming app within the smart TV itself.

If you are an Apple infrastructure person, this is the streaming device to get. The new remote is much improved over the older versions. The faster processor and new remote make it worth the upgrade.

Very easy to use. Super fast response from each function. Remote feels like quality n very easy to use. Image quality is very impressive. This was my 1st Apple TV. I wanted this as I have Atmos ready system n this was the best choice for me.

Excellent, if you're into the Apple ecosystem, and don't have a smart tv already. I have a Google tv in the living room, but needed to make the bedroom tv have apple tv, netflix, etc. I can't stand Roku, so tried an Apple TV, and it's great, not I want a second one in the living room!

This is our third Apple TV. The new remote is a great upgrade. Very easy to use and our whole family uses it all the time. Highly recommend especially if you are part of the Apple eco system.

We love apple TV. The remote is super annoying but you can pair your Iphone and that works better than the remote that comes with it.

I got this one because i wanted to upgrade the remote , and because my old apple tv was feeling a little bit slower, this one is just so fast, so fluid , it is a little bit pricey but its the best streaming device hands down.

I prefer the Apple TV over the built in platforms of either my LG or Sony and I’ve invested in Apple’s ecosystem so I pair it with all my televisions. Easy to setup and use and the sound and picture quality is excellent.

This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. To be clear I am not generally a fan of Apple products and used to prefer to use the stock apps that came with my television. Unfortunately the newest dashboard updates for LG televisions have introduced significant lag and too many ads. This product might seem pricey, but if you want something that is fast and responsive and does not throw any ads in to bring down your experience you will quickly realize that this device is worth every penny. For any that are interested, my LG OLED C1 remote can control all the functions of the Apple TV, and the Apple TV remote will turn the television on and off and control a separate sound system for the volume.

So yes Apple continues its high priced streaming device with very little noticeable changes, minus the remote. Yes it’s gotta much better processor but I have not been able to notice a difference from the previous 4K model. And it supports high frame rates, which I also haven’t noticed. You can now also use your phone to calibrate your color space, which is awesome, although the same feature is now on the older model with a software update. Honestly if you have the last Gen ATV 4K, you might be better off just saving $100 And just buying the new remote for $60 since it will pair with your old ATV 4k. I absolutely love the Apple TV so yeah I bought it just because I wanted the new one. But In all honesty I really can’t tell the difference performance wise. The new remote is great!! But the touchpad is still a tad wonky

If you are a fruit person, in the walled garden, and you like it? This is the streaming box for you. No joke. As with everything Apple, it is overpriced, but it is solid. You are paying for quality. You have the ability to stream all your Apple music through this device. I have a Hisense U8H, which plays very nicely with this box, even though the TV uses Google TV OS. The remote is way cool because you can swipe your finger on the the remote to make your choices. Weird thing- there's no volume. There IS voice recognition, however. All-in-all, it is a good buy. I get this on sale because BB matched Amazon. I believe I got it for about 109.00. Not bad.

Excellent Apple product. The new remote is really nice, but still getting used to the Siri button placement. Also this is much faster than the last 4K version out the HD Apple TV

This product is worth the money! When i moved to a new apartment, my smart tv broke, I had a replacement tv and i had to use my PS4 to use the streaming apps. After while, the apps on it started to get glitchy, that is when i decided to get Apple TV. NO REGRETS EVER!!!!

Product itself is very good. Remote is intuitive to use. App organization and availability is top notch. Streaming box is unobtrusive and fits into almost any decor. Apple's ecosystem makes setup of any additional AppleTV's easy, as is accessing content on a Mac. 4 stars only because of price- the AppleTV is much more expensive than competing products, and if it weren't for the "Apple Tax", would likely sell for $120-$130.

I bought this as an upgrade to an apple tv4. Reason for upgrade is 4k and dolb Atmos. Big picture and audio improvements. Atmos music is great on apple music. Down side is its pretty expensive.

The remote alone makes this a worthwhile upgrade. AppleTV is the best streaming device, no clunky or slow UI and the apps are kept up to date. TV+ also has some great shows that are worth a watch.

The Apple TV 4K is the beast streaming box around. It’s slick, easy to use interface is awesome. It links up with a 4K TV instantly and allows for all the bells and whistles of your tv and sound system to run smoothly.

bought it open box was a nice deal. it has been 8 or 9 months and it is still going strong. upgraded from the regular apple tv from the same generation. i love this thing. works with homekit and shows cameras when motion detected. that is really cool

Works well and is fast. I added to my Sony smart tv since using the native apps on the tv has been causing tv to crash or takes forever to load up. Apple TV 4K eliminated this issue. Tv never crashes and apps load up super fast. Easy to use new controller and can program your tv controller to operate it as well (I use native controller or iPhone more for convenience). Unless you’re planning on downloading a lot of games or movies, the 32 gb is more than enough (I also have an Apple TV 4th generation non-4K for my bedroom and got the 64 gb when it was on sale. With all the apps I have on it and updates I still have over 60 gb’s since I have many streaming apps and have no reason to download movies to the system). Also this device easily syncs up well with all other 4th generation Apple TV’s easily.

Fantastic upgrade! I’ve had the 3rd generation Apple TV for years and finally upgraded to the 4K version. Was well worth it. It’s very quick and you can add apps and even has a track pad built into the controller. Highly recommend!!
