Excellent product. The design of the unit, remote, and UI is all exceptional. The new remote is much easier to use and nicer feeling/looking than the previous remote. The ability to use it as a HomeKit hub is a welcome addition. I only wish that the Apple TV Remote had an ability or button to change the TV inputs. If it did, I would only ever use the Apple TV Remote and would stow away my TV remote. Overall 5/5 stars, I’ve never experienced a better streaming box solution.

I love this new Apple TV. It is easy to install and is speedy, especially next to the last Apple TV model. Well worth the upgrade.

Way better that any other streamer. Provides other capabilities aside from TV/Streaming if you are already on iOS ecosystem. It can act as a HUB to all your home devices. All your media content is aggregated in one menu allowing you to easily find shows/channels/movies. The picture quality is top notch if you pair the Apple TV with a decent/recent TV. Make sure to get a high quality HDMI cable. I hooked my Apple TV to a hard wired ethernet instead of WiFi. It's just a little bit more reliable this way.

Best Streamer on the Market. Easy to use. No lag or slowdowns. It’s a premium item but it works fantastic

Pretty good upgrade over the last one. I like the remote better. Not worth going for the 64GB size one. Never use that much space.

I had the apple tv HD with siri remote. As far as the unit goes its great. Its way faster then the HD and for me using it with plex from my server I'm able to direct stream from it thanks to the GB LAN port finally. I will say the new remote is just as ehh as the last. it has buttons and touch options. The issues for me was I wanted to use the buttons but always activate the touch controls. So I disabled the touch controls but you loose a lot of options on the remote by doing so or I haven't figured out how to do them yet.

Excellent App support and ease of use are great. I enjoy using this and Apple finally fixed the remote, which use to be made of glass. I don't play games but on the previous 4K player, the games ran well. The only negatives are the price is a little high and the remote isn't easy to find when lost.

Simple and powerful device for a better tv viewing experience. Recently upgraded to a 4K TV and decided to purchase the new Apple TV 4K. The speed and crisp and vivid picture is noticeable from my previous Apple TV. Just a great design. For example I can easily connect to my HomePods or keep the audio to my AirPods or Beats. Also, after playing music I can browse most if my apps without interrupting my playlist.

A bit overpriced but good. Excellent 4kHDR output. The UI is very Apple centric. The remote alone is worth the upgrade. It should have an audio only HDMI out so that older AV processors can be connected without using ARC or compressed optical. That’s what all premium equipment should provide.

Love the New Apple TV 4K the new updated Remote is awesome and much needed improvement. Love all the apps and streaming abilities!

Previous apple tv 4k did not support 4k hdr on YouTube but this one does. It also works with flawlessly with the homepod and earc to support tv audio.

I put off getting one of these for a long time, especially since my A8H came preloaded with most of the apps available on Apple TV. People were right, the picture quality is much, much better with an external player; I think this can be attributed to the hardware that Apple uses for processing. Dolby Vision appears more accurate, colors seem more pronounced & defined. If you’re on the fence and you’ve got a nice tv, get one of these to go with it.

Coming from a 2011 LED TV, upgrading to a 2021 OLED TV is a huge jump in display quality, and needed to accompany it to push the TV’s technology to the core requires a top tier streaming device, one that could process 4K HDR Dolby Vision Dolby Atmos content with ease.
