I really like the Apple product, this time I didn't buy it on sale but I liked it a lot since the product is original.

I like the updates made to the Apple TV. The remote is larger and heavier which I see as a positive because it's easier to grab and stays in your hand. The older remote felt like it could break and fall at any minute. The touch vs click option is also great. The functionalities of the box itself is great. I like the picture and audio qualities and the many apps available to meet everyone's interests and needs.

I Never saw the point in an Apple TV until I owned one. I bought one to try out because its hard to try and find a Samsung remote replacement with a Microphone that I trusted.. also Samsung TVs seems to run slower than most TVs I have owned. They also crash and freeze up way too often and we just couldn’t deal with it anymore.. so that was my main focus buying an alternative that was cheaper than a new TV. Here is my opinion: You get So much more out of your TV. Its like getting an upgrade as far as bells and whistles. the quality seems better on Apple TV than the native apps on Samsungs TV…so that was a plus. The remote is a dream! It’s lightweight and has a rechargeable battery so you need not worry about replacing Batteries which I love! The remote is also very responsive, The microphone button immediately pulls Siri up who is listening to you instantly and pulls up everything you ask for and pulls it up in the app you prefer to use as some content is in two different places (we have almost all streaming services you can think of) without having to over enunciate like you would have to with samsung and google. so there’s no lag or delay it’s very smooth.. afterall it’s an Apple product so it’s far more superior. even their remote app for your Phone works better. Although my Samsung TV has an app to use my phone as a remote, the problem with theor app is it’s garbage. Literally it sucks so bad and it’s buggy and it does not work that well but hey I mean it’s Samsung for ya…or just androids period!

I wanted a different streaming device after using same one for years. I bought this after purchasing another apple product that came with a free trial subscription. The interface and picture clarity are exceptional. The various screensavers alone are nice to let play while relaxing, above what my 4k tv looked like before.

Our remote control for the Apple TV was accidentally dropped in the water and would no longer work, even after placing the remote in rice over nite. We researched the cost of just a replacement remote and found out that for a few dollars more (not to be confused with the Clint Eastwood western), it was a better buy to get the entire package. To our surprise the remote is much better than previous versions.
