I switch from fire stick after dealing with so many glitches. It takes a little bit to get used to but once you do you will be so glad you switched! It works so seamlessly and like all apple products, is very user friendly.

We really like the Apple TV system overall. It is set up so the Apple TV controller turns on the TV system and AVR/surround system - only one controller to operate everything is nice. The controller is very sensitive to any touch or bump.

Everything streamed through Apple TV looks and sounds amazing! Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision make it a theater experience. Easy to set up and user friendly. This device enhances your tv experience for sure!

I don’t like the remote on this new Apple TV. The volume doesn’t go up and down. As smooth. As nothing is a smooth is the older Apple TV remotes we have.

I have both Firesticks and Cubes and replaced them with Apple TV pucks. These are fast and easy to set up. The remote takes some getting use to. If anything Apple could come up with a better remote.

I will never use another TV streaming product. As usual for Apple, simply faster, less glitchy and better than the competition. I’m not an Apple fan for status, their products are superior.

This is my first Apple TV. Until now I’ve used roku’s and honestly the Apple TV is much easier to use and the interface is much smoother. Only issue is with 4k 24 FPS streaming there is a slight studder every 40 seconds this can be fixed in the menu with syncing up your TVs capabilities to the Apple TV. Which fixes the problem but it makes you wonder why Apple hasn’t patched this already? Overall This issue (which is fixed) kept it from the full 5 stars but I would 100% recommend over roku.

Loving the new Apple TV. The remote is bigger, which I didn't think I would like, but it's much easier to hold and swiping through apps using the track pad is still a breeze. I like the button choices as well, which didn't take long to get used to.

I already have a gen 2 Apple TV but decided to upgrade and wow, what difference. This one is some much faster and the video quality will knock your socks off. Highly recommend. And being able to use my iPhone as a remote is super convenient.

This may be more expensive than other streaming sticks/boxes but the ease of use is what makes it worth it. As a person with other apple devices, being able to airplay to my tv without any adapters is great.

I was having intermittent issues WiFi connectivity issues with an older 4K Apple TV and bought this one to replace it. Overall, the experience has improved and I moved the older one upstairs. I like the new remote with the new one.

Works well the vast majority of the time. Very fast and integrates well into the whole Apple ecosystem. Biggest gripe I have may actually be with my TV but I’m not sure. When powering on, the video will display fine for ~8 seconds then the screen goes black for 1 or 2 seconds and comes back. After that it works fine until the next time it’s powered up. Really not a huge concern just kind of annoying.

I am completely satisfied with purchase. Which I had done it sooner. It is making zoom classes a lot easier since I can broadcast what is on one device to my tv and still have an additional device for power point

I have 3 of these in my home and use them over all other smart devices. The new remote is awesome. It doesnt get as easily losf as the old remote. Must get if you are in the apple ecosystem.

The performance is really great! It's probably a little less user-friendly initially compared to other platforms I've used like Roku, but not bad once you get used to it. Overall it works very well.

Loveeeeee it... This device takes a non-SmartTV that has the same picture performance specs and turns it into a SUPERTV.. Will likely never buy smart TV again, and opt for using AppleTV 4K saving $1000's...

We are an all Apple family - iPhone, iPad, MacBook (multiples of each device). Apple just makes their devices to easy to use. Why didn't I buy this sooner? Bought this to replace a Roku stick that stopped working. Was never that convenient to use.

Extremely easy, may not add much value over imbedded smart TV OS if not already committed to Apple ecosystem. Updated remote great improvement over previous versions. Airplay/iPhone remote use easy/intuitive.

Best streaming device hands down. If you enjoy Apple Products this will make your life easier. I much prefer the Apple TV over built in smart apps on the TVs themselves. Have one attached to every tv in my house.
