The new remote is much improved. I got this particular one verses the older model that was on sale because I did not like that ones remote. I am very happy with my choice.

Very easy to use, still a great product especially if your tv is a bit older and wont screen mirror with other apple products.

I’ve owned Apple TV’s since the first one and this one doesn’t seem to be too much different than the previous generation but the remote on the current gen is an upgrade

Super easy to use interface, very similar to an iPhone. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for an easy to use smart device instead of trying to use a clunky smart TV.

We mainly got the Apple TV because we love Apple Fitness+ and wanted to be able to do it on a television. The other features are a bonus. It was easy to connect and setup.

The new remote alone is worth the upgrade! I would not hesitate to purchase if you are coming from older genrarion models.

I have the generation before this. Other than the remote, you probably won't notice the difference. I prefer the previous remote design, but it is also nice to have a mute button unlike the last one. Get this if you intend on using one remote, want to future proof, or if cost difference is not much.

By far the best Apple TV we have in the house (5 total.) This new remote is a huge improvement over previous versions. The movement and load times are great.

Love Apple TV. We have one in every room. While the older remotes do look nicer, in my opinion, these definetly work better.

Amazing product, never thought I was going to buy it but it was definitely worth it, I recommend to anyone who watches TV a lot, just wish that it was a little cheaper.

This is an awesome device already. Had the previous model and got some new features but I just enjoy the functionality that it brings. The new controller is a must have.

I bought the Apple TV primarily as a quick and easy setup for Zwift. It has been great so far. The only knock is that the controller can be a bit difficult to operate at first. Sometimes it scrolls too fast despite the smallest movements making it difficult to select specific things on the screen. But overall, a great product.

Apple products are awesome and Apple TV not only work’s fantastic it also offers great picture quality over the competitors.

Excellent picture and sound quality. 4K HDR, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos are all supported. And a game controller can be used to play Arcade games.

All of Apple’s products are superior to others in my opinion, and Apple TV’s latest streaming device is just more proof of that. Apple TV 4K is simply the best.

This is my third Apple TV that I have purchased and I can’t say enough about them. Very easy to setup and navigate through the apps.

Love having an Apple TV. Has all the streaming services and is super easy to use. Having an iPhone makes using the Apple TV even easier than it already is.

If you have an Apple 4k, no need to upgrade, its more of a supply chain availability change than an upgrade. If you have a Samsung smart Tv, you don't need this, install the App. If you have a LG with their horrible webOS, you need this, unfortunately. Is that Apples fault, probably partially. Any why is it so expensive?
