    The Apple TV, Roku Ultra, and Amazon Fire TV Box are all great streamers and work fine. The Apple and Roku have IR Sensors for use with 3rd Party Control systems. The Fire does not. For Apple folks, Macs and Mobile, the Apple TV makes more sense for features like Screen Mirroring, Apple TV Control App for iPhones & iPads etc. It's more expensive than the Fire-TV or Roku Ultra but still worth the price.

    Great upgrade for all the Smart TV’s out there whose manufacturer’s refuse to renew software app licenses and support for complications in apps that stall the processor of the TV. The LG 65UJ7700 is one such TV with YouTube crashing the TV due to the preview scrub feature that was added. At least the AppleTV features CEC and color calibration so that the TV gets new life.

    This device is such a fantastic product that it was a huge improvement over an older streaming box I owned. The experience is snappy, clean and most importantly, allows voice control using Siri which works pretty well for simple functions when not using the remote. I recommend it for those who want snappy response with a clean UI. The 32GB storage is more than enough for my needs.
