    I bought this to upgrade from a Roku streaming device. Apple TV is nice enough, not sure it was worth the upgrade from Roku. I only upgraded because my TV company’s streaming option didn’t include Roku. So I have no choice.

    Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend to upgrade from his (very) old Apple TV and we LOVE IT! The 4K video quality doesn’t compare to the old version and the new remote features are great. Highly satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend for anyone looking into getting an Apple TV or upgrading their current one.

    Unless you have a top line new TV with HDMI 2.1, stick with the original 4K and buy an upgraded remote - the remote is the best thing about this “new” model. The apps are a little more snappy but that is really about it.
