I have used Roku, Fire Stick, Android TV, Google TV, but I believe that the Apple TV just works the best. It never seems to lag and the 32gb is more than enough space for apps. I have one on all my TVs

Not for Emby, Plex users or formats not supported

This does not support all file format, so if you are trying to direct play a 4k file format or any non supported format, this ATV won't play it without a 3rd party app. Media servers, like Plex or Emby will try to transcoding those files but will cause a huge buffering issue. Great if you're just streaming online contents like most people will do. Not great for power users who probably has a DVR or media streaming server with 4k contents without the help of a 3rd party media player app.
