Replaced older Apple TV with newer model. See a great improvement in picture and sound. Controller is also much easier to use!

All I have to say it wow!! I have the Nvidia Shield Pro, Roku Ultra and 2 Apple TV 4k’s and I can tell you without a doubt the Apple TV 4k is absolutely awesome in almost every way! Clearly superior in terms of picture quality and audio over the other 2. I will say the Nvidia Shield Pro is very nice and sounds as good as Apple but it stutters too much on movies and is very annoying. The Roku has a great picture but will stutter on Netflix which is bothers me and the sound quality is a notch below the other 2. Anyway just saying my thoughts!

Excellent quality. Easy to use. Bought this second unit for my bedroom to go with LG C1. Dolby vision and Sonos work well.

Our old Firestick died and I was looking to just buy another one. However, we are looking to buy an LG TV in the near future which comes with a lot of WebOS options. However, the Apple TV came with the best recommendations to get the most out of the TV. It did cost more than the best, current Firestick but it's an investment with the TV. The operation is easier and us old iPhone people, who have lost several Apple TV remotes appreciate the use of the phone to control. Setup was very easy to connect. It has 4K capabilitity. Why not?!

Apple TV provides the perfect 4K streaming platform for the multitude of my video apps. It is compact in size but packs a great punch. It functions great in both the wired or WiFi mode. This gives me the portability to move it to any TV in the house as well as when I travel in the RV. I use it daily. It is simple to use and maintain. The iOS is updated regularly to stay on top of the latest security updates. This is by far one of the best purchases I’ve made. I highly recommend it.

Best remote Apple ever made and it has every channel I need and is simple to use. Works great with my 4k LG Oled tv.

Faster and my TV now is crystal clear. I thought it’s a minimal upgrade but my TV is way too clear and HDR for good now

Love the updated remote! New unit much like old version; appears a bit faster. Still easy to use and download new apps.

I’m a long time user of Apple TV clear back to the original generation of them, This one is pretty much the same as the last, except for the remote, it’s a little better I guess, it’s really easy to navigate, it is more responsive than the old one was and I do like having the Siri’s microphone button on the side of the remote. Just like all the rest of my Apple gear, I appreciate the quality that goes into them, they might be overpriced but, just like all the rest of the Apple heads out there, I pay it because I live in an Apple ecosphere and I love Apple products.

Love the new remote. The learned from the problems with the previous version. 4K provides a great pic. It's great.

What is there not to love about the Apple TV. The newest version has better picture quality and I love the remote!

Apple TV allows you to watch TV shows and movies from iTunes, listen to music and play games on your TV. There are also lots and lots of apps for Apple TV from Netflix, Discovery+, etc. to apps that I use for flight training or allow us to watch services at our nearby Church from home. If you have had the previous version of Apple TV then you'll really appreciate the redesigned remote control. The new remote feels higher quality and has been completely redesigned.

I love the Apple TV! I use in all my bedrooms and living room. Its mobile enough to even take on trips. Took it to Mexico recently and watched my programs on vacation. Also, use it in garage when using YouTube to work on car or watch sports as I work on car. As a iPhone and iPad user the easy use across platform is amazing. If you have Apple products this will enhance the experience. My cable is a streaming app so this is now my cable box and no more rental fees!

New remote makes the experience much better. Can tell a difference with the speed and a little bit with the graphics.

Excellent device. I have resisted purchasing the Apple streaming device because of lower priced Roku and Chromecast alternatives. I have not had a good experience with the alternatives. I bought the Apple TV and it is working flawlessly. Set up was super simple on my Sony Bravia running an ARC cable through an Onkyo receiver. I love the simplicity of combing all my subscriptions. Thanks Apple and Best Buy for offering a discounted price for an open box item.

I must admit that the Apple 4K device is very good however you do need to be careful when using the remote control as It's somewhat very sensitive when you use the controls. Setup is a breeze and fast. I will say that there's no manual to guide you which is terrible. It doesn't tell you where to download the apps you sort of have to find that on your own especially If your new to using the device. It's also over priced. But overall I highly recommend you buy one.

This is my third one of these. It is hard to beat, easy setup and love the remote much more than previous versions

Using an AppleTV for streaming services is so much faster and higher quality picture than any of the apps that come imbedded with a smart tv.
