Liked the touch screen remote. Liked the menus. Best feature, however, was the video quality. Lost connection with the remote and had to be power cycled, but this only happened twice in the first month.

We have had several firesticks. Bought the apple TV so we could screenshare our iphones to the TV. What we discovered is that there is zero buffering lag with this unit compared to the firestick. Movies stream seamlessly and clear. We have spotty wifi at our cabin and this makes it seem like we are streaming with comcast level service.

cancelled cable. went to direct tvnow. needed something to hook to my tv to access app since it wasn't accessible from just my tv. system works great and the picture is very nice. recommend product.
