    This was my first time purchasing an "open-box" item from Best Buy and using the online ordering and pick-up. The item had some scratches around the HDMI port in the rear which was a little annoying given it was listed as "excellent" condition but other than that it has worked perfectly and the scratches are out of sight since I placed the Apple TV in my TV stand.

    I see no big difference in the newer version but I’m not a fan of new remote it’s a bit sensitive. And god help you if you double click the back button and the voiceover comes on.
