Overall, this is a great product. We were able to ditch cable and save money! The remote is very sensitive and takes some getting used to.

We had an in warranty failure, Apple Quickly setup our drop off at UPS and almost had it back to us before we got back, Not really, but it was only a couple of days, Still love Apple TV, Just not the Free Apple TV+ Service, Won't use other streamer any more, who has time for that?

4k HDR won’t work through av processor Marantz av7703. Super frustrating my Panasonic ub900 works flawlessly. Even tried 3 different brand of HDMI certified 2.0 cables. Direct to tv works but that blow so I will return

Takes some getting use to from the old version, but works great. interface is much different and it certainly highlights the Apple content, I'm getting better ever time I use it. one nice thing is that you only load in the apps w for what you want all the rest don't clutter the thing up.

My husband love this. It was a messed when we switch from AT&T to Spectrum but when we bought apple TV everything went well. It is worth the price rather than wait for my spectrum internet to connect. The important thing also is we can record movies / tv we want.

This is a great streaming product. I have a Roku and a 32 bit Apple TV. I preferApple interface.but don’t think the extra cash for the 64 is wroth it.

Got what I expected. No problems at all. Easy to use.

I bought the Apple TV for more viewing options. My current TV provider bill was over $200.00 per month. Apple TV is currently about $5.00 per month. Where I did have many features with my TV provider, I did not use most of them. I find I get more entertainment for a much lower cost.

Much better than older version with Additional options that allows it to be built to our specifications. Remote is a pain for big fingers. You need a light touch. Positive note is I can use my Apple phone as a remote. This is a plus since the husband always looses the remote.

Easy setup and very easy to navigate. I’ve only had it for about a month so it’s to soon to say it’s a great product but so far no issues.

I’m impressed with this upgrade compared to my very old version. Lots of enhancement opportunities with my soon to be HomeKit environment

This Apple TV is faster than the previous versions.

Operates on an independent HDMI port on your TV set. All you have to do is plug it in and put in your Apple ID and password and it's off the some great programming. I loved the movie Greyhound with Tom Hanks. There is also a great variety of programming available from Apple TV.

Great product but had faced an annoying obstacle when I tried to set it up. My WiFi has a security feature where you have to manually add devices by their MAC address. However, with this model, you can’t complete the set up until you connect it to the internet. And you can not see this devices MAC address until after the set up. So it was problem that some people should know. Especially some college kids because dorms and student housing tend to use that WiFi security features. And maybe hotels
