I love this version of the Apple TV much better than the older models. I still have two older models that I use, but I basically hate them at this point. This remote is much better than the old one, and the fact that you can finally download content onto it is what they needed from the beginning.

It was easy to setup and get up and running. The sound and video quality is great and now can watch the Apple+ shows in 4K.

Between access to all my iTunes movies, AirPlay from all my Apple devices, top tier fit-and-finish apps from Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, and more, with all my family photos from iCloud, and now with Apple Arcade, our “smart” TV and all it’s annoying features just melts away with an Apple TV.

We have three in our home here in the US and one in our vacation home in Greece. Our library is now virtual. No more lugging discs around (although I still have a big blu ray and 4K disc library. But when you live in more than one location....Apple TV is the way to go.

Have both the FireStick 4K and Apple TV 4K and use the Apple TV 4K more than the FireStick. Both are great but FireStick is only WIFI and the Apple TV can be hardwired and my ATT WiFi is marginal as the best they provide in my area is 50Mb. Cant go wrong with either for 4K

I like actual buttons versus a small 5 function touch pad. Wish my sound bar could scyn to the Apple controls.

5 stars if your invested in the Apple ecosystem, 3 otherwise. Too pricy if you can’t get all the good features out of it.

The box itself is sleek, and works like you think an Apple product would. The remote sucks for navigating. Voice commands work well though.

I have an older (cheap) 4K TV. I’ve used the Chromcast for a few years now, but Apple TV really brought all the apps I use into one easy to use device. Now I can Airplay videos I’ve captured on my phone for the rest of the family to see. Pretty cool.

So I bought a new 4K TV and upgraded the Apple TV. It’s nice, but not worth spending $200 again. I would be on board Igbo apple wanted to upgrade my devices like they upgraded my iTunes movies though.

If you have som many apple devices already you might as well add this one to the list. I love it because I don’t have to pay those cable prices anymore. You save money in the long run by investing in the 4K Apple TV. I would by it again for other room in my home.

Apple TV has been a absolute must have for streaming my Apple Music movies and more. The app site offers tons of new apps and games to use

I enjoy the 4K picture quality with the new appleTV. The new software OS gives you more control of the individual channels that are available.

I’ve always had an Apple TV in my home because of all my mother apple products. With this new generation I was amazed of how much things changed from gen 1 to this. The integration of all the movie services in a singular platform plus access to Apple store and games.

We’d been holding on to our old Apple TV for quite awhile, but were having issues with slow loading and apps crashing all the time (particularly Hulu). Upgraded to the latest Apple TV model and it is WELL WORTH IT! Not only are we noticing much faster speeds and apps not crashing, the new user interface and remote are welcome updates as well. It’s much easier to navigate the different apps and programs, and going back and forth is a lot less clunky. The new remote (phone app) is also much more user-friendly, as it mimics an actual remote. I highly recommend!

very good video player. the only bad thing is that it is only functional in the apple ecosystem, which greatly limits the use of the device.

The apple TV 4k is full of high quality applications and it is well built. I really like this device with the exception of the remote control. Using the slide pad is dumb and impractical. When you are trying to select an application or make any type of selection using the slide pad, you almost never land on the thing you want to select. Wish apple would change the remote and replace the slide pad. I would give 4 or 5 stars if they do this.

Haven’t used too much but so far is good. Remote is not very user friendly but that seems to be the case with many of these type of remotes lately

Great product, the remote touch pad doesn’t work as well as I’d like it to sometimes but overall much better than the first generation I had prior.

I have been pushed into Apple products by my family. First it was the Ipad, then the Iphone and now Apple TV. I must admit, each one was a good decision. I love the expanse of programming available through the Apple TV. Only recommendation is if you get the 4K version be SURE to get the greater memory.
