Apple products are always great too pricey but quality overall great I recommend this to people who don’t have a Smart TV or want to mirror their iPhone to the TV.

Only HDMI, or Ethernet connection on this model. Optical input for audio was eliminated so this would not connect to my sound system even after BestBuy assistance

Do not buy Apple TV if you want to use Amazon video, its crippled to the point of being useless. No purchases allowed and audio/video quality is restricted. A $200 paperweight.

The operation of the remote is VERY difficult. Overly sensitive and difficult to operate. I hate it.

This device later exactly 1 year and 7 months and then died. Apple could not fix it. I wish I bought a Roku instead, could have bought 3 of the most expensive ones for less than the $199+tax that I payed for Apple TV 64GB. I am using Roku in its place that was bought before this device.

I thought this was a great gift for my friend, but she did not care for it at all and liked her old version of Apple TV 3rd generation so the gift was returned.

Bought this for the new Siri remote and it came with the old remote. Returned it and just bought the remote at Apple.

We have Apple TV and Fire TV. Fire wins hands down. Volume control. No sensitive touch pad. Easier to rewind/fast forward. No contest.

Worked good for the first 3 weeks. Then it started freezing and shutting off. Need to take it to Best Buy or Apple for assessment.

The TV keeps turning off by itself and we have to hit the button on Apple TV to continue watching. I have not found out the reason for that

It’s not the fasted I’ve tried, but the TvOS is stable and does not crash. Great for older TV options that don’t have built in smart capabilities.

I exchanged a third generation Apple TV for this because I bought a 4k TV and I also wanted cool apps like CW TV and Filmstruck but this remote is the worst designed thing ever. Honestly, I don't know what apple was thinking! All the action happens in this black void at the top that's not marked at all and its hyperfricken sensitive so it makes it impossible to use. I hate this remote so much!

This product doesn’t worth the money. The apps doesn’t work properly. Don’t waste your money. Very disappointed. We need to realize that not everything that Apple does is good. This is a garbage.

Bought Apple TV for my parents as a gift. They didn’t like it because it’s too advanced for them to use. I believe it’s for a younger generation.

Not user friendly. Buggy when trying to use. 4K feature does not come up as an option on my television.

I mean "Don't Get It" in two ways. First, I just don't get what this product is supposed to do. We could never get it run things from our phone or do anything special. And secondly, just don't get it, as in, do not buy it. Is it too expensive for whatever it was suppose to do. Just buy a Fire Stick.

Works well. The unit does have issues maintaining the wired network connection.

I hate the touch sensor on the remote!!!! My older Apple Device remote is easier to use.

It wood be good to have more shows on. Currently there are very few shows to watch.
