The fact that I can control the volume and turn off the tv from the remote, sure beats having a nVidia Shield or a roku. There UI is beautiful and the screensavers are astounding. Having such awesome looking video timelapse clips is very cool. This is the best choice you can make when it comes to watching 4k movies as it has the capability of both Dolby Vision and Atmos.

great addition to a 4K TV!

I was however disappointed that Apple, for some reason, removed the “Movie Trailer” screen saver. When making improvements, one should not fix what isn’t broken.

Great for iPhone and Apple computer users

This also makes screen sharing with other Apple devices super easy. The downsides are that you need to remember to charge the remote. It runs low on battery rather fast. It has also frozen a few times and needed to be reset, which isn’t typical of apple products.

Had trouble with remote connecting when it was mounted to back of tv (GS set up) so had to move it down to mantle so it was in sight.
