All good except the remote came 2nd generation instead of 3rd. I was expecting to be able to use usb-c in it but won't be possible as it has the lightning. Other than that no complaints.

It’s ok but it’s very touchy. If you try to change the channel you have to very lightly touch it or it jumps all over everywhere

It did what I bought it for nothing more nothing less

Remote is difficult to operate and must be recharged, no charging cord included.

Ok bought this as a returned item and was rated excellent and no problems. Packaged as if new, all parts included, works perfectly.

Apple TV is great when its working.. Remote wont turn on appleTV unless I take out power cable and out back in.. That is the only way i am turning this on. Is anyone else having this issue?

I went to the Lebanon NH Best Buy to buy either a firestick or Roku but was discouraged from doing so by the Best Buy “ salesman” who convinced me to buy the Apple TV as it was a superior product - that’s a joke. Out of the box the remote was dead and charging it did nothing. Will stick with Roku or firestick

Worst Apple Product I've ever used.To the point that I will never buy another apple TV.

Doesn’t work with universal remotes. Box need to reboot at least once a week. Glitchy over sensitive not user friendly don’t buy it itt is overrated overpriced Buy a Roku instead

It says latest model so I got confused. I forgot to give attention that it doesn’t have Ethernet. So need to return.

It's great the way all your streaming services are on one screen and you can fast forward with your touch sensitive remote. The only downside is the remote does not have user replaceable batteries

To difficult to use. Returned it. I was not aware of the difficulty when it was sold to me. Should have been explained.

It's a complicated piece of Crap dont waste your time or money. I regret the purchase every day I'm forced to use it.

Bad product Had to return it twice then after second time the remote was bad again and had to return it to apple

Remote came broken. Hasn’t worked once since opening. Best Buy customer service has been useless.
