We did not need this item, as the TV we purchased came with it already in the programming.

I am more upset with Best Buy than the product. I was coerced into buying this by an associate who assured me it would be easy for my elderly parents to use. It was not at all easy for them nor was it really what they needed. I bough it over the holidays and when I tried to return it, Best Buy said I was outside of the return window which is only 14 days and NO ONE tells you about it. They said I was welcome to purchase a $50 membership to Best Buy so that I could then return it because apparently members can return later. Total racket and NOT appreciated. I left unhappy with the product and very very upset with Best Buy and their customer service. Terrible.

Remote constantly disconnects. Search function does not search through all downloaded apps. Sometimes goes to sleep and won’t wake up.

Had the previos model from a hand ful of years ago. Im glad i switched over, the color is amazing and iduno if its just me but the audio is louder.

You get what you pay for on this streaming device. UI is quick and responsive basically the reason i switched from a roku to this. Highly recommend.

Works with every video and sound format. There is no orher device in the market and the biult quality its the best. I owned 3. Totally recommended.

I had doughts about this product, but its change me. The xfinity streaming is easy to connect and it will alow me to turn in my rented box.

Works well and then just quits. Frequently! Not easy to control for individual preferences. Too high priced. Basically a mess.

some applications are not well optimized and that makes it not work properly…

Control was touchy. Takes some getting used to. Not for the elderly.

I was hesitant at first, but after looking at reviews, I changed my mind. AppleTV is totally worth getting. It compliments my 4k hdr TV.

I love Apple TV. HDR, Dolby. The new chip makes this version flawless! I recommend using an Audioquest HDMI cable with the Apple TV.

Always wanted one because of what ive seen and now that i own one I couldn’t be happier. It does everything i thought of and more!

Best Buy has the worst delivery. They choose Ontrac and are stating my delivery will take two weeks. And, they leave no option to cancel or refund my money. I can go to a brick and mortar faster. Worst service.

Keeps trying to reboot so the jury is still out where the problem is.

We have an older Sony (non-smart TV). The Apple TV $K 3rd generation makes our TV accessible to many other programs and networks. We especially appreciate having access to CBC (Canada). The only reason I gave a 4 rather than a 5 rating is that a charger is not included for the remote.

Very easy to install Had to purchase a separate charging cord for the remote and a hdmi hub to add ports to my tv

Great product. Does what it’s supposed to do, small and sleek, nice remote features, and got a good deal on it.

Works amazingly for apple ecosystem and integrating your streaming services in one place

Great addition to our family room. We have smart TVS but prefer the app tv experience.
