Not a great device when some specs need improve

BEST BUY PASSES THERE LOSS TO THE CUSTOMER

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well you're employe for Best Buy sold me an open box item which was switched when it was previously returned i purchase it it doesnt work...so i go to return it best buy said they cant return it do to it not being the correct serial number..so now that becomes my problem they wont return it offered me a 50 dollar store credit an wanted the item back so i guess best buy passes there loss to the consumer...well the Apple customer service is 5 star...best buy if i could put negative stars i would.

Don't Understand Why Everyone Does Not Have One,I Honestly, Couldn't Live With Out One. I Have Now Got A Total Of 3-to 4 Of These Kept My New One And Gave The Other Ones To My Brother And Dad And They Love Them To.
