I had firesticks for years and just bought this! So amazing and the graphics are beautiful and you can listen with airpods! Definitely happy and its seemless!

My idea is fine but as usual the 3 items were not available to me.When I called there was only even though it stated 3.

It really sucks that it doesnt habe 120hz with a hdmi 2.1. Yes its possible but knowing apple theyre saving it for their GRAND NEW UPDATE

I am giving this a 1 star due to not being able to connect to it. The product is tied to my phone number which I left apple after the iphone 3. Tried to reset nothing. Tried to create new log in nothing. Tried for 3 hours to set it up. Hard pass.

With Apple now giving this a cheaper price and HDR+ and faster processor - its great add on

I own the 2021 version and wanted a new one for the tv upstairs. Buy the older version from 2021, theres a reason i'ts more money, you get what you pay for. Sound quality is not as good. I tried 2 different apple tv's and they both kept freezing up with poor sound quality. Also, i dont notice any speed difference between the new and older version. Oh yeah! I checked my settings to make sure.

The remote starts acrolling and doesn’t stop. I exchanged for a newine iand it does the same .

Not notiably better than the 4th gen I had. Picture seems the same, not noticing spped or other inprovements. I do like the redesigned remote - more ergenomic I think, but it also seems more finicky and have for somw reason seems a lot less sensirive / have to somwtimes go closer to the box to control. Maybe it’s an issue with wifi signals, bur disnt have the issue eith the old apple tv.

It causes your tv to lag, so I sent mine back. I loved the remote but couldn’t justify keeping it just for the remote.

No ethernet connection. My connection for this device is hard wired.

Still have not received item after more than 30 days!!!! very disappointed!!!!!

Upgraded from first gen 4K tv and this thing has been amazing. Very responsive and apps load much quicker. Would easily recommend for anyone looking for a streaming device.

we had to return item didn't work for our family. its the same as having a smart tv.

This was my first Apple TV device and I really like it. It took some time to get use to switching between apps because the response time is sensitive to the touch.

We did not need this item, as the TV we purchased came with it already in the programming.

Remote constantly disconnects. Search function does not search through all downloaded apps. Sometimes goes to sleep and won’t wake up.

I am more upset with Best Buy than the product. I was coerced into buying this by an associate who assured me it would be easy for my elderly parents to use. It was not at all easy for them nor was it really what they needed. I bough it over the holidays and when I tried to return it, Best Buy said I was outside of the return window which is only 14 days and NO ONE tells you about it. They said I was welcome to purchase a $50 membership to Best Buy so that I could then return it because apparently members can return later. Total racket and NOT appreciated. I left unhappy with the product and very very upset with Best Buy and their customer service. Terrible.

Works well and then just quits. Frequently! Not easy to control for individual preferences. Too high priced. Basically a mess.

Had the previos model from a hand ful of years ago. Im glad i switched over, the color is amazing and iduno if its just me but the audio is louder.
