We have two and we love them. If you’re not already entrenched in Apple’s ecosystem, this isn’t for you, though.

I switched from the fire stick to this and I’ll tell you…best decision I ever made. It runs fast and is easy to use. My fire stick started slowing down and I don’t see that happening to this

Great all around streamer, especially if you already like and have Apple products. The abitlty to do FaceTime calls through the Apple TV is pretty cool. It is a little weird to have to place the phone at the tv but its no a big deal if you’re only using yiur puone for the FaceTime call. The ability to do karaoke using thr music app and yohr phone is pretty cool too. If there was a dedicated camera to allow for this without using your phone would be a great option. Streaming apps seem to be the best on Apple TV compare to other streaming devices. The remote has a quality feel. Everything operates smoothly too. I still have to try playing games on it to see what that is like. Overall it is an excellent device but it is pricey when compared to other related products.

This streaming device has made our 'dumb' televsion 'smart'. We love it! It works great! Will recommend to friends and family.

Works well for streaming. A lot of features, especially if you have an iPhone

If youre on the fence—READ THIS: I am beyond satisfied with this product. Like most new modern electronics, and especially those from Apple, you don’t need this upgraded 4K model if you have the 1st 4K or updated model that was released about a year or so ago with the updated all metal remote. This is my 4th Apple TV and I’ve been using them since the 2nd generation came out with the then new and state of the art 1080p model around a decade ago. The software experience is TOP NOTCH, fast and responsive, and LEAGUES ahead of ALL similar competitive products like those from Google, Roku, etc. If you’re already in the Apple Hardware/Software ecosystem, everything can talk to this thing, too, as well as a number of homes security and “internet of things” type devices. For example, if you have a Mac you can directly connect content libraries to your Apple TV 4K, or use your iPhone or Apple Watch as a remote. Got AirPods? Well, you can watch content from any provider on your APs to keep from having the sound play over the speakers. Got some original HomePods or HomePod Minis? You can pair them to this bad boy and literally for just as little as $100 a pop, deck out your room with a low cost and high quality wireless surround sound experience that’s top notch, and works with ALL content streamed or played on the AppleTV 4K. Although there are a number of competitors offering much more affordable options, the experience, build quality, as well as built-in future proofing storage options and internal networking hardware that takes advantage of the latest high-speed WiFi networks, you get a superior product, experience, and access to the most premium smart TV/streaming set top experience on the market, and as only Apple could make. If you’re already a MacOS/iPadOS/iOS/watchOS user, you’ll love the new Apple TV4K and will be wondering how you didn’t buy one years ago!

Upgraded from Gen1 because I purchased a new TV. Still the smoothest running streaming device, but expensive. Should have done my homework, but was a little disappointed that the cheaper model doesn’t have a direct LAN plug on the back. All apps run smoothly on it though and the picture looks way better on this than if I run apps through my smart tv hub. Hoping for a new generation model in near future!

This is my second one! It serves as a hub for all my entertainment apps. It works as aspected and I have no complaints. Great product!

My Apple streaming device is as good as I expected

I find this product connects easy, works great with intuitive remote and a very logical layout. All my Apple devices connects with ease for either typing or sharing. What I like best about this product is the way it streams without any pauses or audio latency. It is solid through all my apps. I found my smart TV is glitchy and this fixes the problem.

Best streaming device I've used. It just plain works, which I can't say for the myriad of others I've used over the years. It's pricey, but worth it if you don't want to fuss with reconnecting apps and bluetooth remotes all the time.

Had comcast for years. Just got to be too expensive for our limited use plus other subscriptions. But our smart Samsung TV alone was complete hell to navigate. Apple TV is easy to set up, has great voice navigation and makes our nice TV usable again

Easy set up process, seamless downloads, crisp picture. I use this for my Samsung Frame TV rather than its native Tizen OS. It's slow and terrible, so having the AppleTV makes The Frame so much better.

Apple does 4K video and audio perfect. Love how you can watch many newer movies and shows in 4K. Also upgrades regular / older movies to 1080P. So easy to use, and ALL of my streaming is thru Apple, who I TRUST with my subscriptions, vs. having 5 separate services having my info and Credit Card. I only have to pay apple (1 company vs 5).

This Apple TV 4K works great! It's given one of my older TV's new life and turns it into the ultimate smart TV. Love the picture quality of this older tv and the Apple 4K quality is great as well. Allows me to run Zwift directly off Apple TV as an app and the tv now works awesome in my workout room! Love it!

Great for any shortcut to improve smart capabilities on most electronics. Highly recommend for use on projectors or older model Tvs. Fast efficient and easy to use. Designed nice and the remote is top tier. Plug in play also adds more capabilities when using iphone ipad or mac

If you aren’t using an Apple TV you’re missing out. This device is lightning quick and works so well in the apple ecosystem by being blessed to display and control smart home devices and cameras and utilizing your phone as a remote as well as an AirPlay device for whole home audio.

Synchs with all my apple products. No problems here, works as intended!
