The Apple TV literally sets itself up so someone new to it will not spend a lot of time getting started.

Love the quality and picture. Very satisfied with this and might purchase another for my summer home.

Save your money! You still can't search through your own library. The remote isn't all that. You'll be fast scrolling and if you slightly angle to the left or right, you'll change the menu item and scroll in a different list. Siri is useless. Unless you're into using this for gaming, purchase a Gen 3 and be happy you saved $$

I love it. I use it to share my stuff from my phone and my computer. Works great for downloading apps.

Other products can connect you to streaming services cheaper. I really like the ability to display anything on any of my Apple products on the TV with just a flick of a button.

Like the fit and finish as well as ease of setup. Not an easy way to shut unit down when not using it, however don't think that is much of a problem. Good graphical interface.

Love all the functions the box can do. Phone to TV, Laptop to TV all the apps work great, no lock-ups!

It's the most intuitive easy to use media player out there. Everything loads faster than i've ever seen.

Overall happy with the purchase. The hardware works well I just wish there was better content but unfortunately this is Apple's issue. Having the App Store is a nice plus nowadays.

This is a nice upgrade to previous models, and certainly the most capable version yet, but the Apple TV still feels like something of an afterthought. Still, it's a worthwhile buy.

I love Apple and I love the fact that I can wirelessly submit info from my iPhone, iMac or MacBook Pro. I don't really have a need for the apps but I love the upgrade with Siri.

Purchased three to access playstation vue rather than cable or satellite options. Works well but I understand they are not 4K yet. That should be added to its capabilities.

Bought this for the family. The kids love to use Air Play to share their minecraft projects from their iPads. It's also easy to search Youtube videos with your iPhone and then automatically have Air Play play them on the Apple TV on its own app, no loss of resolution. I can also easily play my iphone pictures and videos at full resolution. I also save on games, since they are cheaper on Apple TV and you can also play them on your iPad/iPhone at no extra cost. The games look great on the TV. I had to buy a 3rd party game control (it's similar to a Playstation control). The Apple TV control is great but is too small for actually playing games.

I wasn't really sure why I needed this, I just needed it. I guess it's the price of being an app-hole. But now that I have it, I am really enjoying the uses. I can see all the movies, music, and things I have bought on App Store. I love being able to display my iPhone, and iPad on my tv. I can watch Facebook videos on my 65" tv..if you have any apple products, I would really recommend the Apple TV to enhance your experience.

I am very happy with the NEW IMPROVED Apple TV, it lets me talk and ask what I need. EXCELLENT DEVICE!

Makes my older TV a smart TV. Set up was a little difficult, but once I it was done, it works great.

This is the 2nd one we have purchased and we really like it. Easy to navigate, great for our needs.
