This new Apple TV is pretty solid despite a few quirks and bugs that need to be worked out. If your invested in the Apple ecosystem then this is definitely the box for you. The new UI design is really beautiful as well as the new screensavers called "Aerials". The App Store is adding more and more apps everyday. This is what sets it apart from the rest. If you own other apple products I strongly recommend this. It's also very easily setup with your iPhone.

I love the device mainly because of my hidden please for Asphalt 8, which I bought a steel series controller to have even more fun. The remote that the Apple TV comes with is pretty cool as well. I'm on vacation this week so I plan to play with it more to find other things I may like. I'd definitely recommend this for buyers try the asphalt 8 game as well it's pretty cool I'm so addicted.

I originally had the first version of Apple TV. The updates makes it easier to use and the recharging ability of remote was a great adjustment.

I love the addition of the App Store and the Siri integration. The video card in it has also improved which helps considering that one of our Apple TVs is hooked up to a projector that is spanned by 100 feet of HDMI cable. Where the previous models would flicker on the screen, this one produces a pure steady image that is stunning. I would definitely recommend the new Apple TV.

The product work great. The remote is better than ever and Siri responds well

I have used different iterations of the AppleTV, and this one added new features such as a touchpad as well as voice recognition to the remote device, which allows intuitive use of the remote to manage searches, find movies and shows easier than ever before, and it is made to also handle future inventions on the TV streaming front. Great engineering, design and functionality.

I had the 1st gen Apple TV, but got the 2nd gen Apple TV as a gift. The new remote is really awesome with the touch screen and works well too. The Apple TV itself works very fast and plays everything without a hitch. Would highly recommend.

This is a great addition to your 'non-smart' TV. Typical of Apple products, it just works! Sign in, grab some apps and you are up and running. Had a few issues with signal at first, but a system update has resolved that. Mostly use this for streaming Netflix, but have been trying out the March Madness app, especially the split screen! This little unit just keeps up!

The Apple TV offers more than we expected. We had thought about purchasing over the years, but were not sure how it worked or if it would work where we live. We live in an area where we can't receive satellite tv and cable tv is not an option out here. We are very pleased with our Apple TV device.

I upgraded from the existing Apple TV; which is great. New on-screen menu looks awesome. The addition of the App Store to Apple TV is great. Not a lot of games available yet. Hopefully this will change going forward. Siri remote is very nice and saves on typing a text search. Touch pad on the remote is nice also. All and all this is a well thought-out streaming device with built-in game player. Only feature missing is a streaming service such as Sling TV. This would make a great streaming player great and worth a five star rating.

I like that this unit's remote turns on both the TV and the Apple TV. The touchpad is a nice feature and makes scrolling much faster. The only negative thing I could say is that I didn't see that it holds, or at least lets you see, the recent searches in YouTube. This means you have to enter the search every time you want to watch the same program or series of programs.

Simple to use and setup. Much faster than older generations.

Things I love: Beautiful interface Quick Navigation Reliable Voice Integration Apps that I would like to see added: Amazon Instant Video Vudu Integration with cable tv. It will interesting to see if Apple can integrate these things this year. PS.Two killer apps are 1.Channels-lets you integrate over the air tv with all of your internet apps. 2 Tablo-does the same thing but adds up to four tuners and works with a variety of streamers, not just the AppleTV. It can be used with Roku, FireTV, AndroidTV and others.

I was using an original PS3 when it developed the dreaded yellow ray of death. I have been a cord cutter for three years now, have Apple products, so I was familiar with this product. I am able to access everything that I had on the PS3 with the exception of Amazon prime video service. Easy to setup, automatically connected to my older Samsung TV. Siri is a nice feature to have. The only issues that I have encountered with it have been during the end of watching a program. If you interrupt the program by clicking on the menu button, the system will freeze up. I had to click the menu button several times to get back to the main menu. To troubleshoot this, I have gone to settings and went down to restart - which seems to be the best way to "clear the system". This is my only issue. Would like more apps, but who wouldn't?! I have not tried any games yet, but, I'm sure with time that will come. Bought it on sale and online, picked up at local Best Buy. I had two gift cards that made the cost of the product about what you would pay for a couple of large pizzas. I have used it for just over a month now, and it has become part of our daily life. Well worth the investment.

Easy to hook up easy to use easy to stream from my iPhone!

We've had an Apple eco-system in our house for years. We were delighted to see Apple released an upgrade to the Apple TV. We bought two units to replace our then current models in the master bedroom and living room. The new interface is very intuitive, and the integration of Siri is awesome. I can't wait to see what Apple does next with this new TV platform.

Much faster and more responsive than last generation. Remote is a bit fiddly at first, but once you get used to it, works well. But the menu system is a bit weird and I find myself frequently unsure if I am highlighting the right thing. Selection of apps will get even better. Right now, lots of cheap, "home-made" type apps available. Netflix and HBO work well. I had a problem purchasing movie rentals. It kept asking to verify my credit card. After a call to support, I reset the system and everything works fine now.
