With a $25 off Visa checkout offer and a sale, price it was. Yay. It's a bit frustrating that the apps I want have to ALL be downloaded. I believe a few pre-installed popular apps would make set up faster. I look forward to watching iTunes content on my own tv and discovering more and more apps to enjoy!

Marvelous tech equipement

It's the best equipment in the market and Chormecast & Amazon Fire Stick don't even come close to this piece of technology

Almost Great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disclaimer: I use this device primarily to watch movies and stream music, although it is capable of much more. I have gen 2 and 3 Apple TV's in the home and they all work fairly well. I bought the gen 4 because apps have evolved and the older boxes are not supported. That said, this was the easiest sort-up ever (pair by b/t with iPhone and you are done) and the new app environment is modern and sleek. The controller is "improved" with a touch pad (I don't agree) but it's nice to have Siri helping.
