Nice but overrated...

However, it is overpriced for the features that come with it. Siri is useless and unless you're fully integrated into Apple products this is a waste of money. It doesn't seem to come with hardly anything better than a Roku player, except a large hard drive that enables you to download music, videos, etc.

You can't download movies directly to the box
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Prior to purchasing, I thought I'd have the ability to transfer downloaded movie files directly to the Apple TV unit and play them on my TV, however, I quickly realized you can only stream them from another device. If I have it on my iPhone, I can Airplay mirror to the device and play it like that, or, download VLC player and stream it over my home network from my laptop to Apple TV (via the app). I wish Apple would allow you to transfer media directly to the storage space on the box.

Love this apple device

I have to say I love it and so does everyone in my family...the option to play the ipad on the screen, or even watch episodes of shows that are not on demand. I am so glad that I got this gift for him...it is something the whole family can enjoy!
