I like apple products !! So let's get that out of the way. But lately they have gone from easy to use to full on "windows 95". I bough this product because I wanted to integrante my tv with my apple ecosystem but I feel like their something missing. I also own an LG tv wich can conect to YouTube , Hulu , Netflix , Vudu so I find myself just using my tv instead of doing the extra steps to use the Apple TV. If they could somehow make the Apple TV take over your tv an control it with with one remote , turn on the tv or even switch the video inputs that would make this the perfect companion for your entertainment system.

I like the Gen 4 Apple TV better than the Gen 3. The ability to download and install apps / games is great. I do have some lock-up issues on occasion with it which is why id didn't get 5 stars. Could be my device or the app thats the problem. Overall I recommend this device.

I use this everyday for my workouts. The BOD app on there is great. It does freeze up occasionally but that's my internet service. My granddaughter loves playing the games on this.

This device has been a great addition to my entertainment system. With the Apple TV I was able to get live TV of all my favorite channel without having another cable box in the house.

Like most Apple products, it just works great. Syncs perfectly with my Apple Music subscription. A much better & faster way to watch Netflix, Amazon Video & Hulu.

very happy with purchase, ordered and arrived timely, had some difficultly setting up as it opened in Chinese and not English, but Apple's incredible customer support handled that

Great product, but what else can you say about Apple. Easy to use with excellent user interfaces. Was a little disappointed that Apple removed the optical audio out for only HDMI.

I'm super excited about my gift! My sisters and parents bought this for my Bday/Christmas gift! I absolutely love my Apple TV and the many opportunities it gives me! The Best!!

Love it! So much cheaper then a paid program and guess what no commercials ! You can make names for each and have shows you like plus Best Buy matched a cheaper price wonderful !!!

My 42 inch Panasonic has some age on it but is still fully functional. Adding the Apple TV expands the capability and functionality for the whole family, including grandchildren.

The new Apple TV was difficult to set up. The remote would not work properly until all updates were run. Once the device was updated it has worked flawlessly. My tv is now an iPad.

This version of Apple TV works as advertised and definitely meets my needs. It's far superior to older version and enhances my TV experience. So far I haven't had any problems with it.

Great new generation of appletv. Love that you don't have the channels pre downloaded so you can pick and choose which ones you want. Small problem with our remote out of the box but other than that a solid purchase. Not a huge fan of the touch pad remote control though.

I give the product only four stars because of the failure to provide an in-depth instruction manual. It comes with a sheet that tell you how to connect it, however, as with other Apple products you have to search on line for instructions. Other than that it works great.

Very confusing to set up. No instructions of any kind. Not sure if working properly - shows keep quitting, apps stop working, system shuts down and have to reboot. New smart TV, new house, newly installed FIOS internet.

My misconception that you can download movies onto your appletv is wrong. Still not 4k capable with movies from Apple store. Possibly just Netflix but not sure if that is true 4K or ultra hd output. Typical apple product with full proof controls. Cool screensaver tho.

I have been using this for months and it's been a great alternative to cable or DirecTV. There are many many apps available for it now which makes it a very versatile TV device.

This device does a lot. It is a little limited if you don't have an iTunes account. My kids have installed a lot of the free games so the extra storage space is nice to have.

I finally cut ties with cable and just went with internet and streaming shows. This came with a free month of direct tv now so got to try out the service. The Apple TV was really easy to use and set up.

Love having all of our kids' movies at the push of a button. No more dealing with their fingerprints and scratches all over the dvd's every time they want to watch a movie!
