The new Apple TV is much better than the older version. Does not come with preloaded apps, so you can just add the ones you want! Great reception.

I love that you can download movies to your apple tv, I used my family apple accounts and its great to not have to switch accounts do watch movies

It's great to have this as an aggregate of a large number of apps and iTunes movies and shows. If your world is Apple, you'll need this for your TV. I await anxiously for the 4K version, which is expected later this year.

Went from 3rd generation to latest model. I'm sure they'll come out with an even newer one. Hopefully they will come out with new apps that I can use. No optical audio so I cannot connect with my "outdated" receiver.
