So there are great new features like siri and app store. I don't care for the way Netflix is set up on the new system and the touch pad on the remote is extremely sensitive so you have to be careful to pick the remote up from the bottom or your movie may pause/fast forward/rewind. Overall very happy as i'm sure Apple will only improve on TV.

Excellent replacement for Directv. Easy to set up and use. Kids love using their iPads on the TV.

With an app based TVOS operating system and built in memory, this streaming device is a game changer. The apps will keep getting better and more prolific. The remote has gesture input and SIRI voice commands. Video quality is full HD, and the remote also controls your TV's volume via HDMI CEC. The PLEX app allows you to manage your entire media library with free software, without mandating iTunes use. First time for Apple. Unless you're a gamer, 32 GB is plenty. Network apps support live streaming and specialty apps like Earthscape and Loupe turn your TV into a space camera or ever changing artwork. The new generation of apps are highly functional and good looking and make time shifting and cutting the cable real options. Nice! 5 Stars.

I bought the 4th generation Apple TV (64Gb). It works very well, I have a Roku as well, but Apple TV is much more smooth and easy to install and operate.

I had the later version of Apple TV and it works the exact same as the old one but even better!!

I purchased this over cable to get the most out of what I enjoy watching, It gives me plenty of storage for a variety of aps, and is very easy to use, owned for six weeks now with only one return for it was over heating and glitching, I purchased the 2yr warranty with this item.

Amazing product. Great improvement over the previous model. The remote has voice-to-text for searching or entering long strings of text. Plus the app store is now on the TV allowing you to download a custom selection of apps instead of being forced to use a specific set.

I bought this for my older mother and she loves it. The new remote was easy for her to pick up.

We have had a 1st and 2nd gen Apple TV and enjoyed using them. This is a big step forward though with the addition of the new apps and remote. This system is getting better all the time and I am looking forward to what will be added next it the way of apps and functions.

I have an older apple TV I bought back in 2011 that im still using - I put it on another TV and am using the new one with its touch and voice activated controller - ive played with it quite a bit and its amazing to go from racing my modified car on the big screen to switching to my iPhone and resuming the game in the same place I was - besides that - linking to my cable provider and having everything available on this device is so simple it is beyond explanation - having everything available now on the apple tv and iphone is again - simply amazing - I cant sing enough praises for this little device - I got the larger one knowing I would need the room for apps as I have so many on my iPhone it just made sense for me but if your new to apple and just want to have fun and not a huge price tag get the smaller version for less than half a game console and you will be amazed at what you can do with it!
