I've owned each generation of the Apple TV and really like it. Further, applications like Netflix tend to give a much better experience on Apple TV than on other devices I've used it on (like PS3) [May be due to Apple being their own content delivery system for Netflix]. The UI is fluid and pleasant. The Siri functionality is a great way to find what you're looking for quickly. The touch pad takes a little getting used to, but does provide a lot of ease and speed when you adjust (only an issue if you had the previous generation). Upgrading I noticed the new version (get 4) is noticeably faster than previous models, which is a bonus.

The new Siri addition and the apps are a must own for any apple user.

purchased for daughter as an upgrade and its nice! She had the previous one right before this one but she likes to play a lot of games and so I like that the app store is on this one and you can actually play games with the remote.

I've had the first GEN, second GEN, third GEN and now fourth generation Apple TV. The fourth generation puts all previous versions to absolute shame. This Siri remote it's a wonderful addition, it makes navigating the device extremely easy and Siri is more accurate on the fourth generation Apple TV and even the iPhone or iPad. The picture quality is wonderful on my new 4K television and the addition of Apple Music to the fourth generation Apple TV sets the mood in my home every night as my wife and I arrive home from work. Any previous generation of the AppleTV requires an upgrade to this fourth generation. Users can play games on the Apple TV much like using a Wii with the Siri remote and this fourth generation Apple TV is a purchase I have and will recommend to many friends in the future.

I love you can get different apps compared to my other Apple TV that only comes with the pre downloaded ones. Also love that the remote has volume control and you can turn on/ off the Apple TV and your tv with the Apple remote

This is a fun upgrade to an already awesome product. The ability to add apps is a very nice feature as you can really customize the AppleTV to your interests. There are still some bugs, for instance, youtube will cause you to have to restart the whole unit to get it working again. Other than that I have been very pleased! Also, the screensavers are beautiful!
