The new Apple TV is amazing. A lot easier to navigate with the slide function on the remote. I also like the live screen saver that it comes with after the remote hasn't been used for some time. I have both this and the older version (still hooked up in my bedroom) and would say it's worth it if your comlntemplating getting one.

I own one of these and then bought the last (cheaper) version. I thought that I could get by with the old version but I was wrong. Larger memory , better control, touch pad, I simply couldn't do without. Easy to use and great instructions. Essentially a plug and play, and once you start it up, it is completely intuitive to use.

Really cool but if you are only going to use it for movies or Netflix get the old one if you will use it for gaming or apps it is just as good as my xbox 360. Wish Siri spoke that s my biggest complaint.

I absolutely love the AppleTV!!! It links my iTunes account with both my iPhone and iPad which allows me to stream videos, movies and music directly to the TV. Highly recommend this product for anyone using iTunes or if you just want to use the streaming products such as Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu!!! Great product!!

This was an upgrade for me. So glad that I gave it a try. I have had all generations of AppleTV and this is the best so far.

I love the new Apple TV and also the less expensive version. I switch back and forth for some of the features not included with the new version. At the same time I really enjoy the ease of use, I do think the remote could use some improvement it's very sensitive to touch. Other than that I'm thrilled with it.

It's not really much better than the last Apple TV. My main problem is with the Dolby surround now available. The sound in big action scenes are very quiet compared to any other devices playing the same movies and even on the old Apple TV. This was measured with a DB reader as well. I spent 2 plus hours with Apple on the phone with them saying what I usually hear from Apple reps when there is a problem "I wasn't aware of that". I finally got with a manager on the phone and at least heard my frustrations. I would still recommend this if you don't mind a quieter movie experience.

Excellent product except for not having Amazon Video app and 4K TV compatibility. Maybe the next version will. Works with Mac OS X and IOS better than previous models. Price is higher than it should be.

This is a great upgrade. The new voice command feature is great. The touch pad is a little sensitive but easy to adjust to.

This version is a big improvememt over the last model> I only wish apple would strike a deal to provide some cable content

The Apple TV makes it so easy to watch shows or movies from iTunes or Netflix or a variety of other options.

Apple comes thru again. Works much better than the roku I had. Mirroring is great

Watch all my favorite apps with Apple TV. Even see all my pictures from my phone. Only downside, wireless keyboard doesn't connect with it. However you can use a remote app from your phone for typing.

Wanted to be able to view my granddaughter on the big screen when I FaceTime with her and Apple TV let's me do just that.

This is very nice and works well. I’ve used this to screen-share onto my TV for conference calls. Worked well

I love everything on the Apple TV. The only drawback is that you can't use your phone to control it like the old Apple TV.

How can apple release this 4th gen device and leave out compatibility with their own remote app? You are forced to type any search terms, user names and passwords with the very limited remote control, as opposed to a keyboard on your iphone or ipad. Apple, add remote app compatibility and my rebiew will change to 4 stars. To get 5 stars, this device shoud be able to access my computer files so i can play videos from my networked computers, like the wdtv does.

I'm loving the new AppleTV. I've had DirecTV for almost 20 years and now I'm off of that relying on this new device. The new AppleTV has many apps that allow me to watch most of the shows I like and its connectivity to my my iPad and iPhone is awesome.

Good device for streaming internet to your TV. I mainly use it for Netflix, but there's a lot of other TV shows/games/movies you can access through the available apps. I don't even have cable anymore. You can also use it for airplay, which lets you wirelessly cast your iPhone or computer screen to your tv.
