I am a cable cutter and use a good over the air outdoor antenna and a TiVo DVR for most of my television viewing (works beautifully!). I had supplemented that with Netflix and Play-on software running on my PC and viewed on my TV through a RoKu streaming device. Originally I had not seen much additional value for an Apple TV unit until I got an iphone and ipad mini. I like the idea of being able to mirror those devices to the TV. Apple also stepped up the game by adding services such as Netflix, Hulu Plus etc. to their channels and seem to now be paying a bit more attention to the Apple TV market. I hope to see that continue as I find the Apple TV easy to use and well built. One of the biggest things we have missed with not having cable TV for nearly five years now is being able to watch the Tour de France. Now their is a iphone/ipad app available at a reasonable cost so we were able to mirror that to our TV and it was great! If Apple will continue to improve the options available through Apple TV it may become a major player in the Television market.

Love the Apple TV, have it on every tv in the house. Live streaming from iPhone straight to the tv.

Apple TV is just fantastic. So easy to set up and use and there are so many apps that provide for free tv stations. Just love it. I am about to get rid of some of my cable boxes to save the monthly fees. I bought this as a open box special and it worked fine and was just like new.

I love this. The ability to wirelessly play videos from any of my Apple products to my TV is great.

There's nothing to dislike about the Apple TV. Smooth OS, great picture resolution, great functionality.
