Commercial free TV!

She is now able to watch her TV shows when it's convenient for her and without commercial interruption. She is able to stop take a break and continue whenever and wherever she wants to. I would highly recommend Apple TV if you want your entertainment, where and when you want it without interruption.

Easy to install, lots of features.

The picture and sound is amazing. Music videos on iPhone are crystal clear on the big screen TV. Being able to rent HD videos from iTunes before available in Redbox is a neat feature although it is a bit expensive. I guess you pay more for that feature. You rent the video in HD so it is comparable to blu-Ray. I wish I could somehow connect my iPhone to TV networks and then have it play on my TV via Apple TV but I haven't figured that out yet. I can watch on demand shows via my Comcast subscription on my iPhone but when I try to play it on the TV via Apple TV, the video plays on the phone and sound plays through the TV. Not quite what I want! Need to investigate further I guess. Loving it so far!

Any problems we have had with it stem from our service provider/router and not the apple tv box itself, Lots of uses - we surely haven't used them all yet.

A quality system

What I also observed is that, according to advertising, Amazon's Fire TV Stick seems to have more access to different programing (more available). Now, if you are looking for something that matches to your Apple account, then of course Apple is the logical choice. If you are looking for more programming availability and price? It seems as if other systems may have more to offer. I hope Apple strikes agreements to expand their programming.
