Great and fluid firmware and I appreciate the minimalist hardware. Works even better if you use the Apple ecosystem, but recommended for anyone looking for a small device to turn your basic TV into a “smart” TV with free firmware updates that will allow the device to age well.

I absolutely love the Amazon Echo-speaker phone, alarm clock, music speaker, video conference etc. I can enjoy my Echo while working on my computer without using computer battery and split screen. It is also easy for my 87 year old father to use, while the computer is not.

Bought the Apple TV because we have Spectrum for our cable & wanted to avoid paying to rent their box. Well, the Spectrum App is horrible! Not any fault of Apple TV bc we also have the same issue with our Roku. With every other app we use- the picture is crystal clear!!

This is my second Apple TV, I really like the integration with the Apple Ecosystem and small footprint. The bluetooth remote is nice as well, I don't mind the remote with the touch surface, it takes some getting used to, but I prefer it over buttons.

While this gets some use as a streaming device, its primary role is as a hub for my Smart Home/HomeKit enabled devices. It serves that purpose well, and also enables an extra TV. It controls Schlage Sense locks and Ecobee IV thermostats. I could also use an iPad as a hub, and may try that in the future.

Had a spare hdmi cord lying around so I didn’t have the issue of having to go get one like a lot of others. Product works well with few kinks.

I picked this up to replace an older Gen 2 model, and help manage all my accounts. (Netflix, Hulu l, etc.) I cut the cord a while back and use Playstation View for tv service. The Apple TV makes navagating all the different apps reason easy with the new TV app. Quality is great and voice commands make searching for shows a breeze.

Works amazing with any TV, and just love the screen mirroring option! Convenient and quick when you’re wanting to watch a movie from your phone! Love it!

Easy install, great remote. Does not “play well” with multiple hue bridges. Not a ton of content unless you have Netflix or you tube subscriptions

I got this for my parents because they were trying to cut cable. They aren't completely in the "Apple ecosystem" but they love it and they don't have cable anymore. I bought the 4k version for the tv in their room since they have a 4k tv in there and this one was for the living room since that one isn't a 4k tv.

This product is fairly user friendly. The remote could be made easier to use but it is a good overall product.
