Improvement over the older model

When it's working, I know its great.

Good product, better out there

Unfortunately it's just completely out of date at this point, and I've only had it for a year. I am moving on until Apple makes a new AppleTV. As such, the value you get is pretty poor.

She has complained that the remote isnt the easiest to navigate.

I like Apple products

I actually like Siri and when I connect it as a speaker it’s nice that I could still roam my phone and it separates videos on my phone from playing Spotify. Only critique is limited download on apps. Overall I like it very much.

Not a good box for beginners

Would prefer to have the ability to select a channel number. Volume control does not work with all TVs. Difficult to get help from cable company and Apple.
