Easy to set up, especially if you already own an Apple device. It uses your iPhone or iPad to help set up more quickly. Finding and downloading quality apps is easy using the voice search feature. Customizing the home screen helps put what I watch most up front and center. If you own more than one Apple TV they have a feature which syncs the home screens so the interface looks the same. This is handy for me since I have one both upstairs and downstairs. YMMV depending on your home and family setup. While the remote is pretty simple to use, using the touch interface on the top portion takes some getting used to. It's very sensitive and you can skate around on the screen pretty quickly. It does allow you to adjust the sensitivity for Fast, Medium and Slow but it still takes some practice to maneuver. However, if you get used to using the voice feature you can skip the touch pad quite often.

We’ve become an apple family over the past few years, and we already have an Apple TV in the living room. This is one we bought for the bedroom, it very easily integrated with all the other Apple software we have in the house. Once we got it online it automatically linked to our other Apple TV and downloaded the apps we had installed already. I have to say, I’m fairly impressed with how Apple does product integration with in the home. In any case, it’s a pricey little device but it works excellently.

I use to swear by Chromecast and Roku. I personally got annoyed with UI on Roku and Chromecast was overwhelmed for my family who are in the baby boomers gen. Seeing how my family and friends are iOS users I decided to buy Apple TV during the holidays and after two months verdict is in everyone loves it. The UI is far superior to Roku and Android TV. TV app works flawless and since we have cord cut and dropped cable we have PlayStation VUE, Netflix, YouTube Red, Apple Music, Crunchy roll, prime video and Hulu the apps work better on this box and developers actually take time and care when making an Apple TV Apple. Cons Twitch (Amazon exclusively to Fire boxes. But no big deal we have 3rd app and a PS4) and Spotify aren't available on the Apple TV. You airplay and screen mirror it's a Hit and miss. Remote works flawless however I suggest buying a silcone case with weight and strap for balance and you don't drop the device. Trackpad is odd at first but it will second nature after a week. Apple TV remote software is baked into iOS so your iPad and iPhone can be your extension remote which is a huge plus. If your invest in Apple then this box is a must for anyone.

A very fun and easy to use product. I love this generation and the ability to use Siri to control from your phone. Anyone complaining about the remote just use your phone. It’s easier and more efficient. The speed of the device is great as well as the quality. I highly recommend it !

This was to replace a 2nd Generation AppleTV which had previously moved from the living room to the bedroom, and whose remote had been behaving badly. I've tried Roku and FireTV with the bedroom TV, but overall the 2nd Gen AppleTV was easier to use and had the content I wanted to see. The new 4th Gen AppleTV has an update interface, sharper picture, more apps, snappier performance than my 9 year old AppleTV. It just works, which is all I want when I'm winding down at the end of the day.

We love Apple TV! All of the apps are fantastic and the ability to AirPlay our iPhones, iPads and Macs is amazing. Only downside is the hyper-sensitive remote control. Otherwise it is perfect for our streaming needs and Apple ecosystem.

I love my Apple TV so I bought my in laws one for Christmas because they kept asking about mine.

Simple easy and prefect to make the tech world of tv watching all incorporated. Amazing still that it connects with the phone as well, because it is super easy to lose this remote on the couch or in bed.

Very easy to operate. Easy to cast mirror from iPhone. Setup was very quick. Remote is great. Connects to iPhone right away. Picture quality is great from online streaming. Appletv has great content. I bought two.

The Apple TV device is easy to set up and you can start streamBig immediately. You can load all your sites like net flix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. I recommend this to anyone needing a streaming device

The product itself is easy to use--setup was super fast and easy as well. The only problem I have is that I had gone to my local Best Buy twice to ask extensive questions as we had repeatedly stated what our purpose in buying it would be--we were cutting cable. Because the in-store model showed ABC, CBS, NBC and they just clicked on it and it played what was currently on we thought that we could also do this at home after we cut cable. I don't think the Best Buy salesperson understood that we didn't have cable--because you can only get the current live shows on these stations after you log in to your cable account. However, with this device we can access old content and other things wirelessly directly from our computer. So, just be careful why you are buying this product. If you don't have cable, you will not be able to access shows as they air live.

Bought this as an upgrade to a previous version. Worked great and very easy to set up. Ever TV in my house has an Apple TV.

I am a big Apple fan, and have been waiting for Apple to release the new the 4K version of Apple TV, I own two of the last generation Apple TV’s and they are great units, but wanted 4K capability. The new 4K version answer the call. If you have iPhones, iPads, and other great Apple products and need a tv steamer look no further.

I had gone to a friends and they had an apple TV. from then on I knew that i needed one. it’s small so it doesn’t take up a lot of room. the remote is also small, and gives the feel of an iphone. the remote comes with a charger, the same charger that is used for the recent iphones so that’s a plus. i love that i can mirror my phone onto the tv, as well as my macbook. you also can’t beat the speed and graphics. overall i think this was a great purchase, especially for someone that likes apple products. the ONE thing that i find annoying at times is the touch screen aspect of the remote. it’s a cool feature but can be annoying when grabbing for it because it can pause what you’re watching, etc.

I have 4 Apple TV's in my house and they're just great. I love the ability to screen mirror my phone to the tv to show pictures and videos of the kids. Easy to setup and easy to use. Its great that I can plug the remote into a phone charger (no more changing batteries). The streaming service on these seems more reliable than the Amazon Firesticks that I have. I wish I would've just bought all Apple TV's in my house right away. You get what you pay for and these Apple products are quality.

It’s very nice device ,everything running well ,no issues at all, overal quality is good,set up was quick and easy,I connected it with my I phone and I pad pro with no problem,mostly I am using it for you tube and ESPN apps,I watched only one single episode on Apple TV so far ,so I don’t have an opinion just yet about all content .
