my family and i are currently using this apple TV and we just love it so much that we currently have 2 in our home! we use them everyday. it's so easy to use and we love that you can play games on it. this product is your best bang for your buck!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using my Apple TV 4 the last two years. AirPlay is fantastic when without WiFi, and streaming music, videos, etc. is optimized all the more if you own multiple Apple devices. The ATV4 is a perfect fit in the Apple ecosystem.

So much better than my Chromecast for content. Remote control is touchy but you will get used to it.

The Apple TV streams all the content I would ever need. PS Vue, Netflix and more! The games are really cool too

We have 2 of them. Updates can make things randomly terrible, minus 1 star. The remote is one of the most terrible things in any of the tech we have. The touch pad is sensitive and trying to even set the remote down is aggravating. Fast forwarding and rewinding is frustrating in every app. Minus 1 star. I use the Sony remote I got with my new tv on one of them now. Helps retain a bit of sanity.

Bought this to upgrade from version 2 of Apple TV. Loving that I can connect directly to Amazon Prime. Navigation is pretty straightforward, I like that the TV turns on when I hit a button on the control for the Apple TV. Works so much better than the old model.

So glad that I got this Apple TV! Not that I needed it, but it's making it easier to binge watch shows on Netflix and Hulu.

A great Apple TV. This one has the same internals as the 4K just displays in 1080p. Saves you money too.

Excelent, product as we expected, could no be better

There are so many issues with the Apple TV, that right now its only use for me is as a hub for Home Kit, to connect my smart home gadgets. It won't play most of my music I've purchased through iTunes, but it will play some. Sometimes a restart fixes this, sometimes it doesn't. The Apple TV keeps trying to force an Apple Music subscription on me, to play music I've already purchased (on the account for which I'm already signed in). Most of the UIs for the apps are okay, some have problems, but the UI for Netflix is awful. Autoplaying trailers, only having a third of the screen available for navigating, and the app's inability to accurately track which episodes I've watched make it a chore to use. Part of the fault is on Netflix of course, but Apple needs to implement some quality control in what they allow on their platform. The only reasons for a second star are: 1) Home Kit hub, and 2) the gorgeous aerial view screensavers.

We just bought this 2 weeks ago, it was easy to set up and it worked really well at first. I initially thought it was worth it I was already looking into a wall mount for it and remote cover, I have even started recommending it to people. That is until recently, it started with something small the remote randomly one day started to act up, the touch pad wasn’t being responsive. I would swipe and it would glitch and move on it’s own the opposite direction. I started to charge it and it still wouldn’t work, I tried to reset the remote and it wouldn’t work so I resorted to the app on my phone. Yesterday I kept trying to turn it on and it wouldn’t work, it would just open to the hdmi input I had it plugged into but the screen never loaded until I tried again hours later. Then this morning i turned it on and no app would load so I went to the settings forgot my network and tried to connect to it again. I kept putting my password and it would say it was wrong when it wasn’t after about 15 attempts I decided to restart it through the settings. Once I did my next attempt at connecting to my WiFi was a success, magically the password I’d been putting over and over again was right. I tried to open YouTube and it stayed on the loading screen for almost 10 minutes at this point I was annoyed and just switched to the YouTube app on my smart tv and it opened just fine within a few seconds of selecting it and after an hour of failed attempts at using my Apple TV my son is finally watching Tv without a problem. Thank goodness that I’m still within the 15 day return policy today is the last day so I will be returning this. It isn’t worth it for what I paid for I shouldn’t have This much trouble with it not even 2 weeks into owning it.

When I bought my Apple TV I did notice a couple of issues with it it’s been over a year and I’ve noticed several more issues typical Apple of course logs out of Netflix need to login every now and then can’t view my Movies in the TV app controller won’t work I need to use my phone I’m disappointed wish I could get a refund

This remote is the worst thing on earth. You can’t even hold it normally. It’s flat and useless falls out of your hand always grab it upside down it’s like a time bomb. The touch pad is really bad in it. This has to be one of apples worst products. Beyond angry I bought this junk
