The staff at the Geek Squad department were knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Cesar was the ‘intake’ person. He accurately diagnosed what needed to be done. He was dressed very professionally- white shirt and tie. Annie was the technician that performed the actual task. She kept me informed and called me whenever a decision needed to be made. She reviewed options and costs. At the time of ‘pick up’ she carefully explained everything and did not rush the procedure.

I’ve had several of these devices. Easy to use straight out of the box! Just upload and go! It has all the latest venues and icons.

It's basically a Roku or fire stick but more. Screen mirror, apps, games, tv, movies, "Siri" (only content search, time, and weather), and it has games that you use the remote for. The remote lasts a really long time before you have to charge, just use iPhone cable. Don't have too many apps running.

I have my entire library photos/music/videos/movies on my iMac. I stream everything in every room using the apple tv. It is so convenient.

Love our AppleTV. Use it for everything media related and if you have other apple products it works seamlessly with them.

I gave this to my sister for a gif. She has the old gen Apple TV and she was blown away on how different this one was. She loves it!

Easy set up and uses an HDMI cable and can be hooked into an adaptor so you can view whatever you are watching on your iPhone or iPad on your TV. Love it!

I selected curbside service. I received the notification that the item was ready for pick up. I notified BB upon arrival. No one ever came out. I went in and asked about my purchase. My item was not available at the desk. Associate had to contact the associate that was pulling the orders to find my purchase. Took probably 20 minutes or so to walk out the door with my order. Associates seems to be very unorganized. Last time I had curbside every went smooth as expected but this time BB dropped the ball.

We have turned off our cable and wanted something to have to enjoy programs and apps from our ipad. Very easy to manuever. Great to watch and listen on the tv.

I really like my Apple TV. It’s an upgrade from version 3. It works well with HomeKit and my gadgets. I like that it has memory and that I can add other apps.

Needed to upgrade to use my YouTube TV, and so glad I did. The interface is much easier to work with and voice to text is a awesome addition.

Love the new Apple TV. The remote is not as small as the last Apple TV remote we had. Might be able to find this one.

Very easy to use out of the box. Perfect for Apple users to mirror your devices. Perfect for when your on the go where there is only streaming available on a tv.

Love the interface but the remote is absolutely horrendous - the epitome of form over function. That being said, you can easily control from your iPhone so the remote is not a deal breaker.

This Apple TV is better than the last. It’s much easier to use. I love the Siri option. It makes it easier for me to play/pause and increase the volume.
