The new remote control is difficult to use , not accurate. Why change what was working well? Why?

We cancelled the Comcast cable and got this one to watch some programs we are interested, saved us money and enjoying the programs, easy to use, lots of shows to choose, it is a valuable purchase.

Another Excellent Apple Product

It is leaps and bounds better than the 1st and 2nd Gen Apple TV. Siri is super responsive and accurate. You have your choice of apps that you want instead of just getting everything in the initial download. Also if you have an HD TV then the new screensavers of different cities around the world are absolutely beautiful. You feel like you are flying right through downtown. It's really pretty cool. I would highly recommend this product. Also, download the BVOVN app if you can!
