Necessary evil

This adapter does a fine job for it's intended use, but I don't think it's worth the $69 price-point. Apple did reduce it for several months, now it's back to full retail. I'd have trouble recommending it at $70; at that price, it should just come in the box. But here we are, welcome to the dongle laden future.
