Does the job

I usually always have something plugged into my MacBook (such as USB or charging my phone) and with the design of this product I have to have my MacBook on a big enough table so that the adapter doesn't hang. I've seen other brands that make ones that are more compact than this model that I'll definitely be buying.

Wears Out Too Quickly

Usually Apple brand products are really high quality, but this one started having connection issues after about a year and a half. That's not exactly overnight, but when you pay a premium price you should expect a premium product.
