Just what Mac books needed- a USB and Charger as one.

it works great with my laptop, ipad and my iphone.

I really need this adaptor to use my monitor and peripherals for my work and studies, but its almost imposible to work fluently if this thing it's constantly reseting when im using my USB and HDMI at the same time (Even using it with the power connector).

I wish it wasn't needed but it works perfectly!!!!

I do like it very much. I would only add a ad reader.

I hate Apple prices policy! They are a multi-billion $ company. They can afford to offer us products at a reasonable price! But no, shareholders profit is more important that Customers satisfaction. I bought it refurbished & it's working fine!

I like to sticking to Apple products bc you know that itll work but this doesnt support 2.0. I have a Samsung CF791 34 ultrawide with 100hz but I was only able to get 60hz. Still a great product if you're only using a standard monitor.

If you get a New Macbook, you'll need this! However, a little disappointed that a USB connected keyboard cannot be read by this adapter. Power and HDMI work well, as well as mounting external drives through the USB. Transfer speed is so so.

Although I generally despise dongles, this one is ok. It has multiple functions (fewer dongles to carry around), it looks nice, and it *usually* works... we have one projector that this doesn't work with, but it has worked everywhere else.

If , like me , you absolutely have to have one today because your client showed up with the new style Mac - it will save the day and work just fine... But it costs at least twice as much as it should

Very handy to have. Many devices do not support USB C yet, so this is needed for the time being. A bit over priced honestly, but well built. If you have ever purchased a cheap hub of any type, you know what I mean

I purchased this item to go along with my new MacBook Pro which contains 4 USBc ports. I needed to connect my computer to both my external display and my wireless mouse and keyboard which utilize a USB dongle. This device only let me use one at a time. To be fair I haven't researched if there's a way to manipulate the settings and make this work but I just don't believe that when you're spending as much money as you are on a product like this that it should take so much work to have it do what it's supposed to do.
