    Unfortunately with Apple products, you need Apple accessories. This was one of those necessary evils but it allows us to complete certain tasks.

    I use this to stream video from my iPhone via hdmi to a big screen tv for Power Point, photos, and videos. Works great. Like that I can charge at the same time.

    I actually bought this for my chromebook pixel and it works incredibly well! It can handle a usb drive, hdmi cable and a Google pixel plugged in at the same time.

    I purchased the latest Mac Book Pro which only offers the USB-C (Thunderbolt 3) technology for all peripherals. So far it has worked on every device I have used.

    Super easy fix for not having a USB port on my Mac. The multiple outlets allow for the purchase of only one product rather than 3/4

    Had another adapter but couldn't even charge the device with it. This one has built in charge through plus usb for presentation devices or mouse/keyboard.

    Its a great adapter to get back all of those ports that the macbook doesn't have. The 4k quality could be better though. It should be able to provide 60hz 30 is a little laggy. Other than that it is great.
