You really need this for the new generation of computers. This is the only way you can mirror your computer. The new Mac's do. not have a USB port.

Purchased this so I could connect my MacBook Air to my monitor. Works flawlessly with HDMI & it also gives me the option to have a USB hook-up at the same time..

At first i was skeptical about purchasing this product but when I went to the store and had a feel of this product, I immediately ordered it. Its well built with an awesome design. I would recommend it.

Needs to attach several 4k displays to a MacBook, and these adapters worked without any issues. Just plug em in and the MacBook automatically recognizes it.

Great little gadget to have when somewhere and need to connect to a printer or or something to get things done on the go!

got a new laptop with limited connections so this was perfect. Also, tried a generic brand first, only for headaches. Go with Apple for c port connector.

Needed this due to no ports on the new Apple Mac Book pro. However, after paying a significant amount of ching for the Mac Book pro, I think it should have come with an adapter.

BUT it's still an adapter. It would be nice if this wasn't needed to begin with but this definitely gets the job done. Sturdy construction and great quality.

Does what it's supposed to. Had to install an update in order for it to work which required a restart. That's the only gripe, which is barely one at that.

The USB-C adapter works well and is a nice asset for the MacBook even though I rarely need it. It is a bit pricey, but that is Apple's fault, not Best Buy's.

This is a no brainer accessory to get in order to help utilize the full potential of your Mac Book Air. Great Apple quality as always!

It is nice to have all the ports you need in one area but I wish it had more and was a different shape and did not stick out so far. But it works great and easy to use besides that

This is an excellent product which I wish was built into the MacBook Pro or at the very least something that was included.

After trying after market wires trying to connect an external monitor it kept going out. Buy this if you want a secondary monitor to avoid issues

This adapter works fantastic. It has the USB, HDMI, and the USB-C ports for many uses. A must have if you are buying the latest MacBooks with USB-C ports.

I had to get this product because of my old devices. I have a older terabyte hard drive with us-b cable. The new products all have us-c now.

This is a must for being able to connect to an external monitor and also allows you to use a USB-C to USB cable to gain 2 usb ports on a MacBook 12" computer.

When I was going to purchase the newer version of Mac Book Pro, I was told I need to have this, so I bought it. So far, I haven't had a chance to use it

i purchased new macbook and it requires this USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter and it looks cool but missing VGA. i wish if it comes with all other ports.

I think I have around 5 of these now between work and personal, but they work great. The USB port is nice because you can basically use it as a docked connection. This does everything I'd need it to.
